Beautiful creek side cabin with 2 covered decks, 4 person hot tub over looking the creek! Nestled in the edge of the woods on a quiet country road. You’ll have the place to yourself, take a walk into the woods, hike down to the creek to fish or take a swim in Salt Creek! Enjoy a peaceful stay or drive just 35 min to Hocking Hills State Park where you’ll find all kinds of hiking trails, caves, waterfalls, horseback riding, ziplines, shopping & restaurants. 2 miles from a kayak livery, or 15 min to downtown Chillicothe, Ohio’s first capital!

Cozy getaway

Cabin was great, clean, wifi, bed was comfortable, kitchen with everything you would need to cook breakfast/lunch/dinner. The scenery was great. Would highly recommend.

It was very peaceful and relaxing. Everything that was talked about this place is true. Was very clean and refreshing. Very well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. Over all had a fantastic time wish it did t end. We will be coming back, hopefully for are one year wedding anniversary!!

We loved our stay at Salt Creek Cabins. It was such a beautiful, private setting overlooking the creek. The cabin was so clean and comfortable. The hot tub was great. We would love to return at another date!

Me and wife stayed here for an extended weekend for our 1st wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have picked a better place the cabin felt a lot bigger than what it is the hot tub was great and the views oh my gosh the property is gorgeous we will definitely be coming back for our next anniversary’s

anniversary get away

Sweet, clean and beautifully decorated. The location was amazing, the hot tub was relaxing. The host left lots of board games and cards to play for indoor time and even left us some farm fresh eggs to make for breakfast, a little snack basket and coffee, which went well with the rocking chair and a book on the front porch. We had the best time in this little cabin in the woods!

Forest bathing heaven

We loved everything about this place- the gorgeous river view from the deck/ hot tub, sunsets over the meadow, proximity to incredible hikes and the perfect blend of rustic modern accommodations. The hosts were so thoughtful stocking the cabin with all kinds of extras to make our stay comfortable and cozy!

It was a wonderful spot for a 3 day get-a-way. Between the hot tub, creek, and fireplace, as well as the whole aesthetic and feel of the place, it was certainly a spot to come back to.

We loved everything about this place. It was quiet, the views were beautiful! We enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the Salt Creek. It is away from crowds. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We have zero complaints and would stay here again to enjoy the area.

Perfect couples getaway!

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. The views were amazing, and the accommodations were wonderful. The hosts are fantastic and have added many little touches that make you feel at home. We look forward to returning!

Spring break

Perfect getaway for the two of us. The property is well maintained. After a day hiking in Hawking Hill we took advantage of the hot tub which was perfect way to close out the day. Are stay began on March 2nd and checked out on the 5th Thank you for the perfect getaway

Our 11 year anniversary getaway

Cabin was very clean and the owner Jen was wonderful. Its secluded which is what we wanted but,also not to far away from places to visit like Hocking Hills.. we did visit during a drought so i cant wait to visit next year to see the waterfalls. Absolutely recommend this cabin and we will definitely be back
