「We loved our stay with Elvira and David. They were gracious, kind and welcoming hosts! Our room was lovely, with one of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in. The food was amazing!! Breakfast in the lovely conservatory was truly spectacular with fresh fruit, croissants and a piping hot breakfast. We would highly recommend a stay with David and Elvira!!」

The lodge was cosy and clean with everything you need for a break away; it really was a home from home and closely situated to the main area of reception, Jake's Bar, kids' activities, Showbar and pool. 「Double room with nice views of the sea and Little Orme. We’ve stayed here a few times, and recommend booking a sea or Orme view at the front. Bathroom was small, and with a shower over the bath. Would prefer walk in shower as my 81 year old hubby has recently had an artificial knee. Nice selection of shampoos, conditioners etc. Breakfast and dinner were very nice, with the usual menu of a J W Lees pub/hotel. 「It is unacceptable to state that any swimming poole is available and then have the audacity to charge an additional fee for its use. The mattress was the worst I have slept on for many years.」

「The house is very dated, the beds were uncomfortable, the rubbish bins outside were overflowing. The listing states a hot tub and the photos show that that’s what drew us to book but upon arrival there wasn’t one ! The staff on the phone were rude when they called to complain about our parking, we wasn’t even in at the time. They didn’t even ask if everything was ok with the stay. Would I recommend it no !」
