"The location is perfect—right in the downtown area near many shops and in the heart of the theater district, so you can easily walk everywhere. The staff were exceptional, especially the doormen and valet, who were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There’s also a convenient coffee shop right next door. The rooms were very clean and thoughtfully stocked with snacks and water that can be replenished anytime, which was a great touch. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again!"

"Pros: location, the front staff were kind and accommodating, coffee and other beverages available 24/7, filtered water provided on each floor. Cons: the beds are advertised as queen but seemed more like a full-size, the room was tiny—even for two people, housekeeping lacked, no refrigerator or microwave This hotel is in a nice, quiet location in the city. We did not hear a lot of noise. It is close to Faneuil Hall. It is fairly dated and definitely needs to be renovated a bit. My biggest concern was with housekeeping. The room was really dusty, there was a big soap chunk in the sink drain, some substance on the bathroom door, and the carpets looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. The bed, while small, was comfortable. The front staff was so kind. "
