"The doorman was really nice and helpful when we arrived which we appreciated. Unfortunately the check-in experience was not great. My wife checked in with the kids while I parked the car and she was given access to a room that was already occupied, which was a little jarring. On top of that it was not the spacious suite we had originally booked and paid for. The front desk said they “upgraded” us as a result but the room we ended up in seemed to be the room we had expected and paid for in the first place. Once we opened the sofa bed the sheets were not made and did not appear clean. When we requested new sheets something about them seemed to irritate my daughter’s skin and she had a facial allergic reaction shortly after laying on the pillows. The amenities were pretty limited. That said, the hotel is in a great location, the price was reasonable, and it gave us a safe place to sleep. Overall it worked for what we needed, but the room mix-up, cleanliness issue, and reaction to the bedding dampened our stay."

"The bed and bedding were wonderful, and the shower was great. However there was only one small lamp on the desk and only one of the bedside wall sconces worked. We would have liked better lighting. Also, the bathroom barnstyle sliding door didn't completely close."

"The location was great for what we needed to do. The staff is super friendly. And the room was great. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the pillows. And the restaurant is fantastic! I got the swordfish with couscous and it was the best swordfish I’ve ever had. My only complaint is that there was hair on the wall in the shower stall and when the Jacuzzi tub is running, it is so loud even with all the doors closed. I had the tv up to 50 and could barely hear it. Wish it was a little bit more soundproof. We could hear the people above us as well walking around."
