"Clean room, Great Staff, literally right next door to a convenience store. Also great amenities so would stay there again"

"Such a great experience!!"

"Breakfast has a wide variety of items. However, the quality of the food is poor."

"An incredible stay from start to finish. I require a gluten-free diet, and the chef did an amazing job accommodating my needs. Everything was exceptional, from the thoughtful staff and beautiful interiors to the canal-front location and the lantern provided for evening walks. It was truly a five-star experience and an unforgettable, authentic Japanese stay."

"Very nice stay"

"Great location. Really central and easy to walk everywhere. However the hotel felt tired and in need of a refurb. Also there was an empty water bottle and some tissues under my bed."

"The room was incredibly spacious and well designed and well appointed. We loved it!"
