Villa 'Camaleón' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Villa Camaleón is located in Chiclana de la Frontera and is ideal for enjoying an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. The 125 m² property features a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms, accommodating up to seven people. The house offers high-speed Wi-Fi, television, air conditioning, dishwasher, and washing machine. A ping-pong table is also available. The villa has a private outdoor area with three open terraces and a balcony.



You have access to a shared outdoor area with swimming pools (including a children's pool), garden, and playground. Use of the pools is subject to certain restrictions: one pool with a lifeguard is available from June 1st to 15th and from September 1st to 15th, while all four pools have lifeguards from 12:00 to 21:00 in July and August. The pools cannot be used outside these periods.



There is also a recreational area with two paddle tennis courts, a multi-sport court, and a playground. The villa is a 15-minute walk from the beach (900 m) and only a 5-minute walk from a large supermarket open in summer.



Parking for one car is available inside the gated community under video surveillance. Additional free parking is available outside for more cars if needed. Families with children are welcome. Pets and events are not allowed. Security cameras are only in the recreational area and the parking lot. Please note that there may be government regulations regarding water use during your stay, which could affect pool use, garden irrigation, or limit the use of running water.
