"The hotel is beautiful and located conveintly downtown. You can walk to many restaurants and shops from the hotel. The room itself was clean and well maintained. However, I found the lighting to be poor. The lights by the bed were only 40 watts and made it difficult to read. I also felt the lighting in the bathroom was not sufficient. The staff was friendly and helpful and this is a great place to stay if you are visiting campus, especially if you are brining a prospective student to visit Kent State."

"I stayed for 2 nights. The room was clean and the people at the front desk were very nice and helpful with directions and places to go eat. I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. I am use to a space within the hotel to eat. Breakfast was served in a brown bag. It had juice and a danish in it. If I ever had a need to stay in this area again, I would stay here. Good value for the money."
