Congress Plaza Hotel
Rooms were clean and housekeeping was accomodating. Front desk was average. Lobby furniture could use some cleaning and/or changing. I wouldn't say updating because the aesthetic is fitting. The mildew and mold from what appeared to be the 4th floor was pungent and seemed to play a role in the elevator ...
