Wrigleyville Condo, Sleeps 10, 1/2 block from Wrigley Field

Wrigleyville condo is located 1/2 block from Wrigley Field and Clark Street. Also close to Southport corridor and Brown Line. Easy access to Red Line which will take you downtown, Millenium Park, Grant Part, Maggie Daley, Hancock and Willis Towers. If you are interested in spending time on Lake Michigan, the lake is 3/4 mile where you can enjoy the trails by foot or by bike.

Due to COVID, we took some time off from renting our space, but are excited for others to enjoy Wrigleyville again as much as we do!!

Condo includes three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Master bedroom is located on the main level, and includes a king size bed and a jacuzzi tub with shower.

Guest bedroom 1 includes a queen size bed and is also located on the main floor. It’s associated bathroom includes a steam shower.

Guest bedroom 2 is located in the lower level, includes a queen size bed in addition to a trundle bed. This bedroom can sleep 4 comfortably, a great room for kids! The bathroom has recently been remodeled and includes a large shower (as pictured).

Main level includes a living room/full kitchen supplied with all necessities to cook a full meal…..plates, basic utensils, coffee maker, etc.

Lower level also includes living area with a sofa sleeper and a basic kitchenette. It does not have a stove or oven, but is set up similar to a hotel room with a fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee pot.

Condo is equipped with 4 TVs and set up for live streaming. Free wifi and printer available for all your business needs.

Parking passes for neighborhood parking, one pass per day.

The space is sunny, comfortable and homey. With five adults needing to get ready for a wedding the three full baths were perfect for my family. For Cub fans, you could not be closer to the stadium! The hosts were readily available and very accommodating.

Spring break trip for Cubs game and getaway for a couple of nights.

The place was great and the location is absolutely perfect. The property owners were prompt with responses to questions. We would definitely recommend this property and will most likely rent it again. Thank you for a great place to stay.

Great Location

This is in the perfect location. We went into the city and saw 2 Cubs games. There were 6 of us and it was nice that each couple had their own bathroom. We will be back.

Had a wonderful stay in Chicago! So close to all the bars, restaurants, and Wrigley Field! Very spacious accommodations and was nice for each couple to have their own bathroom. Beds were very comfy! Would definitely stay again!

Location was amazing!!

Fantastic Wrigleyville Townhome

Needed a place to stay with some friends so we could attend a Cubs series. Great location & accommodations! The townhome was clean and comfortable with easy access to everything needed to make a Wrigleyville visit special. Will look to stay here again the next time we decide to take in a multi-game series.

Chicago Christmas

Amazing space to reconnect!

Beautiful apt

Apt was clean, beautiful and perfect for our stay. We walked to the cubs game two days. Also easy walk to restaurants and bars. Owner answered questions quickly. We will definitely stay there next time we come into town for a cubs game!

Perfect Accommodations for Family

The West Addison condo is a spacious, attractive, well-appointed and well-situated home away from home for a visit to Chicago. The bathroom for every bedroom is a much appreciated feature for our full house of guests, and the kitchen has everything we needed. Fantastic host and fantastic location!

The host was not only helpful, friendly and absolutely amazing! I’ve never had a host be as wonderful as Chris was, he was completely understanding of our situation during hurricane Helene. The location was right down the street from wrigley and was a delightful home to stay in. Absolutely perfect! You won’t regret staying here ever!

Great for a Family

We were grateful for all of the space in such a convenient location. Our family of 6 had plenty of space. The room downstairs is perfect for kids with the big bed, twin bed, and trundle bed. Plenty of sheets and towels available. The house overall was very well stocked with everything we might need.
