My home is a very large 2 bedroom 2 bath condo 3 blocks (6 minute stroll) from Wrigley Field. It's 20 minutes to the loop on the Red Line that runs 24/7, which stops 1 block away. So close you can hear it, but only from the huge private yard with a deck and grill. Watch one of the 3 Smart TV or chill at the park across the street or walk to the beach or to the Wrigleyville bars or take the train to Second City or Navy Pier or Millenium Park or the Field Museum or Guaranteed Rate Field or....
The Space:
Luxurious finishes throughout with granite countertops and island, 65" smart TV in the living room, 43" smart TV in each bedroom, comfortable hotel quality king and queen pillow top beds and business speed wifi. Spa-like bathrooms with bidets, heated floors, towel warmers, Bluetooth speakers, rainfall showers and more! 1162 Arcade Game Table. Control the temp with a separate heating and a/c system. Wake up to coffee from the keurig maker. Then make lunch and dinner in using stainless steel appliances or in the large private yard on the gas grill. Eat on the private deck or at the island and watch the tube. Wash the tears of joy from your cubs clothes in the in unit washer dryer.
Guest Access:
Everything you need is either in the condo, or in the private yard. No other building amenities.
The Neighborhood:
Great youthful and sports energy with Wrigley Field nearby. Tons of bars, clubs and theaters. Also there is a park outside and walking distance to Lake Michigan with Montrose Beach for swimming. Also there is beach volleyball and tennis courts. or just walk/bike/jog the lake front trail with awesome views.
Getting Around:
You can drive, rent a divy bike, take a CTA bus, ride the Red Line El from the Sheridan stop (1/2 block away) 24 hours a day. Train takes you from the far north side the south side with downtown in between!
Other Things to Note:
you will need to put a separate parking decal in your window each day
