⚪CHECK-OUT⚪
No extra chores on check-out! Unlike many other hosts, we won't ask you to wash the sheets, take out the trash, or mow the lawn. Check-out is at 11am.
⚪PLEASE NOTE⚪
1)The apartment entrance opens directly onto the Western Avenue sidewalk, a fairly busy street. You'll hear some traffic noise in the living room, but the bedroom is located at the back of the apartment and remains quiet throughout the day and night.
2) There is central heat but no central air conditioning. There is a window AC unit in the kitchen installed from May through September.
3) The bathroom is a full bathroom but on the smaller side (one of the quirks of some vintage Chicago apartments). It was reduced a bit to accommodate the in-unit washer/dryer.
Guest Access:
You have private access to the entire apartment and free use of the parking space in back during your stay.
