Welcome to your private retreat just outside Chicago — designed for guests who need a break, not a buzz. Whether you're here for a quick getaway or in town for work, this peaceful home lets you rest, recharge, and feel at home.

This flexible 4-bedroom, 3-bath setup can easily adapt into a 2-bedroom, 2-bath layout — perfect for couples, solo travelers, or smaller groups who still want room to spread out.

Designed for groups up to 10 guests, this home makes it easy to reconnect and actually enjoy the time you’ve carved out together. Yet still enough space to find a spot for solitude where you can unwind.

Choose the full 4-bedroom, 3-bath setup for larger groups, or enjoy a cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat — perfect for up to 4 guests and paired with a lower cleaning fee. Contact me directly for pricing options and to book the 2-bedroom, 2-bath option.

Located on a quiet street in Brookfield, IL, Crimson Morton offers the perfect blend of peaceful suburb and easy access to Chicago adventures. This charming suburb has the best of both worlds—tree-lined streets and direct train access to downtown.

5 minutes to the Brookfield Zoo and local forest preserves

Easy drive to Oak Park, Riverside, and La Grange for great dining and shopping. 15 minutes to Oak Brook Mall - recently named one of the best malls in the U.S.

Family-friendly, walkable area with parks, coffee shops, and local gems nearby. Explore the famous Brookfield Zoo, grab coffee at a Loca Mocha Cafe, or enjoy nearby parks like Ryder Woods and Wolf Road Prairie. Visit the largest video arcade in the USA, Galloping Ghost, less than a mile away.

Entering the property is quite streamlined.

Type in your 4-digit code for entry. Leaving is even easier - hit LOCK. No complicated apps or codes to remember.

Once inside, you have access to the entire property front to back. There are a few locked doors for storage that you will not have access to. Parking for 2-3 cars provided in the back next to the garage. The garage is not available at this time.

Traveling with Your Pet? They’re Welcome Here

We’re happy to host your well-behaved, four-legged family members. Whether they’re tagging along for a weekend getaway or just love a good game of fetch in the yard, we’ve got space for them too. To keep things comfortable for all our guests, we do ask that you follow a few simple pet rules:

Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance

* No pets on beds or furniture (unless you're using the provided covers)

* Guests must clean up after pets—indoors and outdoors

* Please leash your dog when outdoors. Our property is not fully fenced in.

* Pets must be supervised and not left alone unless crated

* Excessive barking, scratching, or damage may result in additional charges

* We charge a $100 pet cleaning fee per stay to keep the space fresh for the next guest.

To make your pet feel just as welcome as you, we include a doggy welcome basket with food and water bowls, lint rollers, a cozy dog bed, and furniture covers. Your pet will feel right at home!

This was an excellent experience. Commu ication from Stacey (our host) was timely, accurate, and informative. The home was very clean when we arrived and the listing was accurate. The beds are very comfortable. This property is in a very quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again.
