Wonderful house and location

We stayed for over a week and had a terrific stay. Wonderful lodging, great location, and very responsive host. We would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is very nice -- just as pictured. It's a quiet, higher-end neighborhood within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants in Roscoe Village and it was also easy to find free street parking out front. We'd definitely consider staying again.

This was a squeaky clean, light filled, well equipped apartment. The neighborhood is both quiet and accessible. The hosts were communicative, although we had no issues. Street parking was easy in spite of some small closures in the area for construction. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Family Birthday Celebration was a Success!

Had a great time visiting Chicago for my Dad’s Birthday- were took in a Cubs game and ate locally. Everything was close and we loved how quiet the street was in the morning. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Chicago.

Comfy Cozy, Perfect Location!

We absolutely loved staying at Kim’s VRBO. It was clean, stocked with amenities, and a really wonderful location. We brought our dog with us too, and the neighborhood was very dog friendly as well! Also, just a 30 minute walk to Wrigley Field! We would love to stay here again.

Great neighborhood and clean, nicely appointed home

The house was perfect. The location allowed for plenty of dining options in walking distance and was in a very family friendly neighborhood. I felt very safe. There was plenty of street parking.

Just perfect

We stayed at Roscoe Village Inn while visiting family in the area. The property is fantastic. It’s stocked with everything we needed. Spacious and comfortable. Great location on a quiet street and excellent communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was extremely clean and exactly as advertised. Communication with Kim was fantastic. I highly recommend staying at this property and if we are in the area again, it’s the first place I’ll attempt to book. Great location, plenty of restaurants, close to Wrigley and downtown.

Perfect Location and Very Clean!

We were in town to visit family and catch a couple of Cubs games. The location is just a short walk to the bus stop and Wrigley Field is about a 20 minute walk. It is also a short walk to shops and restaurants in Roscoe Village. The property was very clean and communication with the host was great!

Fall Escape to Midwest

We sold our home in Roscoe Village a year ago. We enjoyed being back in the neighborhood for a month this fall. This place was perfect for us. Comfortable furniture and beds and everything we needed to cook and eat in.

Chicago trip with family

The property was beautiful and well maintained, in a great neighborhood, and fit our family of 5 well. We appreciated all of the extra touches like Legos on the back porch for our son, extra blankets, hangers, suitcase stand, plenty of towels, and extra toiletries. We liked Roscoe Village and it's proximity to the Brown Line and local coffee shops and eateries.

Cozy, elegant stay in Chicago!

Myself and some friends were visiting our besties in Chicago for a lovely girls weekend! This neighborhood was so upscale, quiet, and overall friendly and lovely. The apartment is within walking distance of the train, buses, as well as tons of great eatery. I would 1000% book with Kim again!The apartment itself was stocked with kitchen essentials, cozy bedrooms, dining room, and inviting living room. It had everything we could've needed and stayed cool through the June heatwave! Thank you Kim!

Perfect Neighborhood Spot

Lovely Apartment and Location

A great two bedroom apartment in the heart of Roscoe Village, a quiet neighborhood with good local restaurants and bars. The amenities were great and our host quickly responded to any questions I had. The apartment is dog friendly and both my dogs enjoyed it and the walks around the neighborhood. Only 20 minutes to drive to downtown and about 40 minutes taking the train. Would recommend to any looking for a getaway to Chicago without the big city feel.

Perfect spot in Chicago

What an awesome and convenient location! Walking distance to shops and dining and even to Wrigley Stadium for The Cubs game and to see my daughter perform at Tin Roof! The area is safe and inviting. Kim was just a text message away as she greeted us and confirmed our safe arrival. The unit was clean and spacious yet still had a cozy feel. I will definitely be back the next time we’re in Chicago. I highly recommend this property.

Great stay in a great neighborhood

My family and I stayed in July in Roscoe Village. The neighborhood is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and nearby shopping. Easy access to the L half a mile away. Safe to walk, plenty of dog walkers, runners, and bikers. The property was clean and well appointed. No problems!

GREAT LOCATION, LOVELY NEIGHBORHOOD

Really great apartment in a super cute neighborhood. Quite spacious and bright. Pantry well stocked with cooking essentials. Very quiet at night. Trader Joes and Whole Foods in walking distance. Lots of places to eat a short walk away. My only suggestion would be to add a full length mirror in the first bedroom.
