Parking is limited. The same paint is still on the floor of the room from 10 years ago. I know this because I stayed in this exact hotel room 10 years ago. Could not close the curtains. Curtains were broken and in disrepair. Absolutely no upkeep on this property or hotel rooms. I realize it is a cheap motel room, but if you cant even clean up a paint spill in the last ten years, then you atent getting anymore of my business. And ...it took 20 minutes for hot water to come out of the showerhead.

The photos they show are of a very good place, but when you go to the property it is the opposite, it is old and you have to leave a 100 dollar deposit when the facility is in ruins.

The room we got was very dirty. The floors were not swept there was trash and change in the drawers, there had been smoking done in the room even though the rooms were supposed to be no smoking there were burn marks in the sheets and comforter the sheets were put on the bed inside out. The lights are on timers, so the lamp would turn off until you got up and moved, there was a whole section of lights that didn’t work at all in the room . So basically, the overall cleanliness of the place was disgusting, but the staff was very nice.

While the people operating the hotel were very nice and accommodating, the room itself is in very poor shape. Broken down lumpy furniture, sheets and bedcovers with spots and stains, marks and damage on the walls. Floors horribly scratched. On the positive side, it's the only property near Morton Grove that allows dogs, and has exterior entrances to the rooms. Would not stay again unless the rooms are fully upgraded. Again the people were very nice though.

I was screwed.
The room was dark, the alarm went off, the outside light was off, the toilet paper roll was missing. The internal lights were automated and went on automatically. The internals look like they never were finished. The TV didn't work right. The bed sagged and hurt my back. I had to check out early and they didn't respond to Hotels.com request for a refund. So, I was screwed

Terrible!
Booked this a month or more in advance. Checked pay at hotel. When we got there, they said they didn’t have any rooms left. Even though we had a reservation. There were no other hotels in our price range for our one-night New Year’s Eve stay. Terrible service. Terrible everything.

This establishment doesn’t change their sheets. I had a ball of hair in the bed that was not mine. It was hair in the tub and the sink. The remote did not work for the television, and the heater sounded like it needed a new motor. It was a terrible stay and I would not stay here again.

The entire building is filthy. The lobby is a tell tell sign of how dirty the place is. Workers were nice but look dodgy and will lie to your face. The breakfast was a gas station sweet roll and out dated milk next to a stale mixture of cereals. Rooms were disgusting, sheets, towls, blankets all stained and the room smelled like urine. Heater didnt work and the window curtains didnt close all the way. We couldnt get our money back but left anyway to the holiday inn express 5 minutes down the road. I have no idea how this place has 3 stars, must be fake reviews. Negative -3 stars.

The first room that was assigned to us, the door was ajar, the light in the bathroom was on and the bed was messed up. The 2nd room that was assigned to us it reeked of weed!! We decided to keep the 2nd room due to us being exhausted from a very long work day! Also, when we left the room in the morning, it was pitch black outside. The hotel lights weren't on!! And I almost fell down the stairs!!

At night, there will be loud noises coming from the hallway and other rooms until 2am. It's also very noisy in the morning, and there are people knocking on the door from time to time. We hardly have any quiet rest time, and this is one of the worst hotels I've ever experienced.

You get what you pay for at this motel. Room was missing a tv remote and when I opened a drawer looking for it the front of the drawer fell off. Walls are thin so I could easily hear noisy family in next room. Also curtains didn’t quite close all the way, which felt awkward with parking immediately outside the rooms. At least the desk clerk was polite at check-in, room didn’t smell like smoke and neighborhood felt safe.
