Our 4bd, 2.5ba house is perfect for a group of friends or family looking for a clean, modern place in a wonderful neighborhood. There is plenty of space for 10 people to sleep comfortably (4 beds), as well as 4 smart TVs, a deck w/ a pergola, built-in grill, & firepit, a large fenced backyard, a game room (w/ ping pong and more), a jacuzzi, an office space, & much more. Great access to City of Chicago by I-290, as it's directly west of Downtown!

Guest access:

We ask that our guests park in our driveway. There is enough space for multiple cars. In the event that street parking is preferred or required, it is permitted, but keep an eye out for any signs in the area prohibiting parking for any reason (common in the wintertime or if there is construction going on).

You will use a code to enter the house via the front door. This will be your code for the duration of your stay. We ask that all guests enter or leave the property only by the front door.

Our family is spread over the Chicagoland area and this was a very central location to Downtown and various burbs for us. Property is well kept. Minor upkeep needs did not overshadow the great layout, condition, and comfort of this home. The rooms were comfortable, and we loved both the basement rec area and the outdoor patio. The fenced in back yard was a HUGE bonus for our dogs. And above all, the owners were AMAZINGLY responsive and helpful. We will definitely seek out this property next time our family converges back upon Chicagoland. Thank you for giving our family a memorable place to come together - it truly means the world.

Family ReunionWhat a wonderful stay! Our family reunion was planned for chicago this year. In lieu of impersonal and expensive hotel rooms, a group of us decided to look for a vacation rental. Some family members have mobility challenges so stairs and long hallways were a concern. After hours of looking, I stumbled across this property while searching for homes close to ohare airport and downtown chicago, where our events were planned to take place. Three bedrooms upstairs and one on the main level proved to be perfect for our group. This property was close to stores, Restaurants, and highways to get us on our way quickly. The home itself was decorated well and spacious to spread out. The ping pong table downstairs saw plenty of tournaments from our family members. From the initial booking to the time we checked out, communication with the hosts was superb. All in all, it truly felt like home, for tge three nights we were there. I would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again.

Nice Neighborhood, Convenient, Comfortable

I stayed here with my brothers, sister,and spouses for a family get together. This property was accurately described. The host's communication was excellent before, and during our stay. The beds were quite comfortable. It was located convenient to what we were looking to do during our stay. There is a Jewel grocery store a couple of blocks away. The neighborhood is very nice and safe.

Excellent home for our extended family stay!

My husband and his siblings (and 2 spouses) gathered to inter his mom’s ashes.The home was perfect!The 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths with large common areas (living room, family room, dining room) made gathering a breeze. The outdoor deck was lovely and the full kitchen let us make meals. New washer and dryer was handy too.Would highly recommend!

Great house for family trip

We really enjoyed this beautiful home and location for our family trip. The large rooms and open floor plan were perfect for six adults to enjoy. Plenty of local restaurants and shopping nearby. This was also a nice safe neighborhood for evening strolls and we enjoyed the Christmas lights on display.

Chicago stay

We rent Vrbo often. They had the most comfy beds out of all of the places we have stayed. They also allow dogs and have a gated yard. This was perfect for our stay in Chicago.

Center of the Action

My friends came from out of town and we wanted a central location to where we could get to downtown, north suburbs, and southwest suburbs. Couldn't have picked a better home. Very clean, very convenient, and did not disappoint.

Nice spot for groups

I stayed with 8 other family members and we had a decent amount of space. We used a couple air mattresses to shuffle kids around. Loved the patio area out back and ping pong table downstairs. Close to the Westchester pool which we enjoyed!

Great Stay in Westchester

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, and the properties there are well maintained. The location is convenient to major roads and interstate highways. The house is clean and provides many amenities and many areas to enjoy and chill! The hosts provided a notebook with information on various facets of the property. They promptly responded to a couple of questions we had on operating the television. It is definitely a house we would stay at again if we are in the area. Thanks Vic and Grace!!!

Great location and beautiful home!

This suburban home not far from highway to get you to downtown in 20 min was perfect! The home was beautiful, spacious, and well stocked for all needs! This was a quick stop for us but the host was excellent with communication and I plan on coming back!
