***Will be furnished by 12/20/24*** - Located in one of the hippest areas in Chicago! - Spacious 3BR/1BA apartment in beautiful Pilsen - Comfortable 950 sqft with plenty of room for fun and relaxation - Classic arcade + games - Free street permit parking - Sleeps up to 8-10 guests with 3 queen beds, 2 sleeper sofa, 1 air mattress - Perfectly located near restaurants/bars, art galleries, breweries, and other venues. - Food, drinks, and art abound on the famous 18th Street just a short walk away

NO MAILING PACKAGES (RECEIVING OR SENDING)

NO EXCESSIVE GUESTS

NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY - $750 delivery fine). This is a residential working neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Must respect other neighbors. Noise level must be minimal after 9pm. There is a noise level city ordinance, we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will results in a termination of your reservation and the security deposit will be retained. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for your understanding.

Great location and very comfortable

Everything was wonderful except the bathroom. When we checked in there was quite a bit of hair on the floor of the bathroom and in the tub. Everything else was very clean. Beds comfortable. Water pressure good. Felt safe in the area. Hard to find a parking spot Friday night. The kids had fun with all the games.
