Great place for Evanston visit

Sarah's house was a great spot for a visit for family - enough room to gather and to spread out. House was well-equipped with everything we needed including a small office set up in one of the bedrooms and everything you could need in the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable! The backyard looks great for a visit in warmer weather.

Wonderful long holiday weekend in Evanston!

Six of our family members traveled from central Iowa to spend the long holiday weekend in Evanston with our daughter and son-in-law. We spent most of our time on the property - cooking, watching sports, playing games, trying out new cocktail recipes, etc. Having three bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths worked out great for our crew! We were off-site on Friday enjoying the Harry Potter Magic at Play at Water Tower Place, lunch at Brickhouse Tavern and the Christmas Market at Wrigleyville, and Lightscape at the Chicago Botanic Garden. It was an easy check-in process and any questions we had were promptly answered by our host - thanks, Sarah! We would definitely stay here again!!

Large, well-decorated VRBO

We were attending a conference at Northwestern for 2 days. This was a great place to stay. We didn't enjoy many of the amenities, but it looked well-equipped. Would definitely recommend it.

Lovely newly renovated Evanston home

Plenty of room inside and outside. Loved the backyard for meals and front porch for sitting. Beds were very comfortable and all appliances easy to use. Hosts were friendly and professional. Price was very fair -would stay at the Dewey Ave house again!

Nice week in Evanston

We were visiting for 4 days while our daughter attended a summer camp at Northwestern. Athletic fields were about 7-8min from the property so nice and close to the NU. Property was exactly as shown. It was clean and had what we needed for our stay. 3 bedrooms was nice so my two kids didn't have to share a bedroom. On street parking was tough to find but thankfully we parked in the gravel driveway (big enough for one car) that connects to the back yard. Sarah was easy to communicate with. If we are back up in Evanston we would definitely rent again.

Graduation Get Away

We had a great stay in Evanston. The property was clean and as described. Plenty of open space on the main level to relax. Three nice sized bedrooms on the second floor. A very comfortable stay. Thanks!

Comfortable, clean and many nice touches

The home is very comfortable and clean with many nice touches (phone chargers, bedroom with computer desk and monitor for remote working, really nice back patio and yard). The property owner/host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It is a short walk to Double Clutch Brewery which is a unique microbrewery with an amazing rotating car collection).

This property hit all of our notes for a vrbo rental. Newer remodel, nice bathrooms, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, and spacious downstairs floorplan. In addition, the back porch/deck was beautiful, but unfortunately we did not use it due to the weather/temperature. What I really appreciated was some of the little things, like the charging blocks in each room, so if you forgot yours, (like I did,) you didn't have to stress about it. Next time we are visiting family in the area, we will try to book here first, and won't think twice about it.

Great spot!

Great house for our family visit in Evanston! House was clean and very nice for our group. The only thing missing was the Peloton included in the listing. Would absolutely stay again in the warmer months to enjoy the great backyard!

Chicago Christmas Trip

Great place to stay with friends. We loved this rental and was impressed by how nice and new all the furnishings were. Cute decor and great stocked kitchen. 6 of us stayed with plenty of space. We will book again and thanks to Sarah for being a great host.

One of the best rentals ever

Sarah was amazing, we have stayed at multiple listings in evanston and this was our favorite. Nice, clean, extra little amenities. Charming and lovely. We will definitely be back. Definitely one of the best!!! The personal attention from Sarah was all the difference.
