Welcome to our Remodeled 3 Bedroom, 3-Bathroom Family Home in the Heart of East Rogers Park on the North side of Chicago (one mile from the walking paths and beaches of Lake Michigan).

The check-in process was effortless. Parking was easy and we had walkable access to so much! The kitchen was beautifully appointed and spacious. The whole house was lovely, comfortable, and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Getaway in a Beautiful Home!

Our family had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and spacious home! The house was impeccably clean and even more stunning in person than in the photos. We especially loved cozying up by the fireplace each night—it made the chilly evenings feel extra special.The neighborhood was quiet and very safe, with easy access to public transportation, which made getting around a breeze. The host was incredibly kind, flexible, and responsive, offering great local suggestions that really enhanced our visit.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay—it truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Chicago visit for College Class Reunion

This property is AMAZING! It is stunningly beautiful. The open layout on the first floor great for entertaining family and friends. Rooms are very spacious. The first floor bathroom has a full shower. However, all of the 3 bedrooms are on the second floor. The two bathrooms on the second floor are full bathrooms, which was nice. Each room had its own bathroom (between first and second floors). The host Sandra is very kind. She left us a very nice welcome letter and gift basket of snacks and wine! She was very accommodating. She allowed us to checkout late and even return a wheelchair that we rented on our behalf. This property exceeded my expectations. It is very clean. Very well decorated. I highly recommend this property. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay

Everything about our stay at the "Lunt House" was great. From the minute we booked the host was very communicative and answered our myriad questions immediately. We appreciated all the information and thoughtful touches the host provided. The house is in immaculate condition, spacious and very comfortable. We had everything we needed! The location worked well for us. The L train was a pretty straightforward walk and you also have the option of taking the commuter train and buses. There were some shops & restaurants a few blocks away as well. Definitely try the breakfast place the host recommends.

Absolutely great place! All the stars!

Simply put, this place is terrific! My whole group joked that we'd like to just move in. It was remarkably clean, spacious and fully furnished with everything we needed! It is in a great location close to numerous places to eat or grab groceries and just a short walk to the Red line where we took the quick trip to Wrigley for the Pearl Jam concerts. For the space/location/price you can't beat it. Next trip to Chicago I'll definitely be looking to see if it's available!

Great space, wonderful experience

The space was lovely and the host was very communicative & helpful throughout our time here. The backyard was a wonderful resource to have, and the surrounding neighborhood was very nice. Would recommend to anyone, particularly families, looking to stay in the north side of Chicago.

Lovely old house

Lovely old house (all updated) in tree lined family neighborhood. The house was complete with geraniums on the front porch and private parking in the back as well as another porch off the kitchen and abundant fireflies at dusk. Alexandra was a super kind host and provided us with lots of suggestions for what to do and where to go in the Chicago area. The house was as described and stocked with everything we needed (including a basket of snacks and beverages for the two teen age boys). Lots of sunlight and air conditioning as well as wi-fi. Spacious bedrooms upstairs (the double beds, I was told, were a little hard and would be better for smaller people). The bathrooms were well equipped. We didn’t have to add a thing. We walked to a great breakfast restaurant and a new grocery store was nearby across the street.

Wonderful house, even better host!

Very much enjoyed our stay. House is a beuatifully rennovated old structure w a very ipen and modern feell. It was immaculate and comfortable. The host has gone the extra mile to be sure guests have a fantastic experience and stay.

Beautiful home

Beautiful, light-filled home with fully stocked kitchen, friendly host, easy walk to Red Line, bus, and local markets. Lots of space to hang out, nice deck and yard.
