This bright, spacious first-floor apartment features a recently-remodeled kitchen & bath, 4 beds with cloud-like mattresses, and a delightful deck+backyard w/fire pit, garden, grill, and lots of outdoor seating. Close to everything in the lovely Hermosa neighborhood, a stone's throw from Logan Square, and 2 blocks from the Metra station & other public transport. We provide parking passes for our street for extra convenience too! Quiet hours from 10pm-6am.

In addition, the outdoor amenities include a gas grill, a garden with fresh herbs you are welcome to use, and a fully fenced front and back yard for added privacy. Enjoy the covered patio and elevated deck, complete with an umbrella and comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing or having an intimate backyard gathering with your group.

For those who love to explore, there are walking trails and parks nearby. The apartment is just a few short blocks from the Metra station, which offers e-scooter rentals for your convenience. Buses are available at the end of our street, and we provide free parking passes for our street to ensure a hassle-free stay.

Guest access
You'll have full access to all areas of the apartment, except a storage closet we have a lock on. You're welcome to use the full backyard, including the deck off your kitchen, the patio off the garage, the firepit, and all seating/amenities out there. Also, fell free to help yourself to some mint from the garden :)

We're proud to say that our electricity is 100% renewable solar, so you can feel good about your carbon footprint when staying at our Airbnb!

Parking:
With the provided parking passes, you'll be able to park right in front or along our block for free. All of our guests so far have reported being able to park within the block with no problem!
