The staff were friendly and helpful. The place was functional and fine for a cheap hotel stay. Very minimal, not the cleanest, elevator didn’t work and the “breakfast” was just a few prepackaged snacks and some oatmeal. But the bed was comfy and rate was good.

Room was in good condition and the staff was also good. Only problem was that the elevator was not working and I was given room on third floor even after I requested to provide one on first or second since I had a pet( 3 months old) and I had to carry him while using the stairs as they were not clean.

The hotel was clean, so was the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. When I booked the room I didn’t realized it was a fully furnished room with a regular sized fridge and a little electric stove. Loved it

This property is clean and the best part is the staffs were extremely friendly and helpful some of the facilities are getting old and needs some improvement but over all is very clean.

I think everything was fine except for the noise. The walls are too thin. I can hear the traffic on the road. To make matters worse, there was a baby in another room. It cried like it's life depended on it the whole night. A good night's sleep bye bye.

Convenient location and friendly staff. The other guests were sometimes loud but management took care of it. They could use one more dolly for the front desk, there was only 1 for 5 floors.

BUT NO ESSENTIALS (PLATES, SILVERWARE, COOKWARE DISH CLOTHES, ETC) FOR KITCHETTE IN ROOM, BREAKFAST WAS NOT AS EXPECTED (GRANOLA BARS & MUFFINS), NO LOUNGE AREA, ROOM PHOTOS PRIOR TO RESERVING SHOWED A LOVE SEAT IN ROOM THAT WAS NOT THERE, VERY FEW BASIC AMENITIES BASED ON COST. WOULD NOT CONSIDER STAYING THERE AGAIN!

The staff checking us in was fabulous however the room was not what we expected. For an extended stay hotel we expected dishes/silverware and there was nothing. The hotel didn't have an ice machine so while it was nice to have a full sized fridge with freezer we had to leave to get ice for our drinks. There were some things in the room that could use fixing/updating.

Hotel was OK. 2nd floor room, smelled like weed & and really strong cleaning supplies. Beds were ok, if you get cold bring extra blankets. Breakfast was coffee, packaged muffins & fruit bars..not great. No seating area in lobby or outside. Staff very friendly.
