Located in a quiet and serene neighborhood, this apartment offers easy access to all the best restaurants, cafes, and shops. Just 23 mins away from O’hare International Airport, 15 mins to Schaumburg Convention center & Woodfield Mall, and about 40 mins from the Chicago Downtown. Lake Arlington is a 10 mins walk away for Kayak and park activities.

This was a good location for our visit to the Chicago suburbs. Liked having a dishwasher and washer/dryer combo. Need more coffee mugs please! The living room rug was a trip hazard...not sure how that can be fixed. Thanks for having us!

Chicago July trip

Another great time had in Arlington Heights. The property is just what my wife and I need. Convenient to family and friends. The host is very responsive for any potential problems. As usual, we had none. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Quiet & Comfortable - Great Location

Quiet neighborhood centrally located for visits with friends in the suburbs and family in Chicago. All the amenities for a work trip as well. The garage was a plus when we had a dusting of snow and no way to clean it off with the rental car. Will definitely be back! Clean, Cozy & Bed and pillows were very comfortable!

Fab Apartment

This space and the host Abby, could not have been better! The kitchen is fully equipped, convertible sofa was very comfy as a bed and the neighborhood was quiet. It is a 10 minute drive to the train station or downtown Arlington Heights with many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing space and great neighborhood

Equipped better than a 5 star hotel! It's a roomy 1 bedroom apartment .. The space is designed to be very accommodating in all aspects, I was very comfortable there for two weeks .. great functional full kitchen with cookware/dishware (full refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, stove top - no oven) .. new comfortable furniture in living room and dining room, nice new smart TV's, comfortable bed, giant walk in closet, big fully equipped bathroom stocked with many toiletries and extras, full size washer dryer, private garage, private every, lots of windows with great blinds. I'm probably missing some things as I was impressed with the complete package - oh even a small outside balcony overlooking the back yard! Host was friendly and swift to respond to the very few questions/requests I had. Highly recommend!! A+++
