Great property. Centrally located and safe. We had some big storms roll in and the power was out a couple days, but the communication was excellent and would definitely book again!

Great Stay, Excellent Value, and an Amazing Host! We had a wonderful stay during our trip to Chicago! The property was comfortable, spacious, and a great value for the price. It was a great place for our group to stay, and overall, we really enjoyed our experience.One thing that truly stood out was the host, Maha. Her communication was excellent, and she was incredibly kind, professional, and understanding throughout our stay. We did encounter a few cleanliness issues upon arrival, along with some minor maintenance concerns. However, when we brought these to Maha’s attention, she responded promptly, acknowledged our concerns, and went above and beyond to make things right, including issuing a partial refund. We really appreciated how seriously she took our feedback.Aside from those minor issues, everything else about our stay was great! The pricing was reasonable, the accommodations met our needs, and we had a wonderful time visiting Chicago.What matters most is how a host handles concerns, and Maha did an outstanding job. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her guests and wants them to have a positive experience.Thank you again, Maha, for your hospitality, kindness, and excellent customer service! We would happily consider staying here again on a future trip to Chicago. Highly recommended!
