Ok but lost of shortcomings
Positives: The location was great. We really only were there to sleep and have breakfast. Opportunities for improvement: Upon arrival, the heat was on 30C - it was boiling inside. We turned off the heat and opened windows. I messaged the owners with that info, so they'd know and could follow up with cleaners or whomever was there last to prevent high heating bills. No response.When we arrived, one of the bedrooms had a window on the floor, it that had fallen out of the frame. I sent a picture of the window, no response. During the stay another window randomly fell out when no one was in the room. We put them back in.Towels - there weren't enough towels for everyone. We had two less people than the max occ, but not enough towels, etc. Noise - people were staying in the basement (separate unit). The kids were loud early in the morning and woke us up. Honestly, this happens and it wouldn't have been a huge deal, except that our messages to the owners were unanswered. If the owners were on site, why didn't they answer?Small things that were just different from usual rentals. No dishwasher detergent. Super cheap sheetsOne-ply tpNo room or ceiling fansNo furniture in rooms other than beds and nightstand. Suggest having luggage racks or similar to put our suitcases off the floor.Super saggy couch in LR, we couldn't use. There was a keurig with 4 kcups, usually there is min 1pp to start. We probably wouldn't stay again.
