This studio apartment is in the perfect location in Chicago for getting to
Downtown via the Blue Line L or to the Hot West Loop and Randolph street
restaurant row. Walk to bars, shops, restaurants, coffee liquor stores and
transportation with ease! You will love our spa baths, in unit laundry and
full modern kitchens to make it feel like a home away from home. One of the
best pizza spots in Chicago is only steps away!
General Policies:
Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please
include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your
inquiry.
Local Guest Policy – Local guests may book only with prior approval. Parties,
gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized
reservations may be canceled.
Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full
duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone
else, please contact us to discuss exceptions.
Parking – Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all
posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps
like SpotHero or ParkWhiz.
City Noise – Some ambient noise is part of city living. Earplugs are available
for your use.
**House Rules:**
Please respect our home and neighbors. Violations of ANY of the following
rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a
refund.
1. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.
2. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.
3. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.
4. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.
5. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.
6. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.
7. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.
Additional Policies:
* Guest verification - To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID.
* Guest screening - Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them.
* AutoHost verification - We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.

The location was ideal in terms of getting to everything in chicago! Its at the junction of the 66 bus route (a 20 minute ride east to Navy Pier) and the Blue line (20 minute ride east to the loop/downtown/millennium park or 20 min ride west to some cool neighborhoods)
The accomodations itself were adequate but lacking a little in terms of finishing touches (e.g. dusty window ledges, cover peeling off the sofa, flooring in need of repair near the sofa, dirty mattress cover on the fold out bed).
the concierge sevice was prompt and helpful.
Great space, very functional and clean. No complaints to the property owner, the place was safe a perfect for what I needed. VRBOs third party confirmation emails look like spam and in no way indicate it’s from VRBO or verifying details to assume it’s related to the stay or safe to click the included link. This verification should have been done via the app, due to this spam looking email confirmation and check in was delayed.
Electronic Instructions were great.
The Kitchen lacked a cutting board and sharpened knife. I don't like fragrances and the entry was a little overwhelming for my senses.
Ear plugs provided were a nice touch and I brought my own. It was particularly noisey next to fire station...but I guess that is city life;-) The sound machine next to the bed was helpful for my brain to focus on something else!
I appreciated the security of the building and the Market nearby to walk a couple of blocks. It was easy travel with Uber or Lyft and did not rent a car. Although I did not use CTA, it looked like it was right nearby.
FYI: The furniture was in different place than pictured: (i.e. couch was under window and trunk under tv). I did not move anything around myself. The walk-in shower was great!

Had a great time in Chicago, at 747 Lofts! Great neighborhood, easy parking options, and super clean room with all the comforts of home! Lots of options for dining within walking distance.Just wish the door had a more secure feeling lock, and it was easier to communicate with the hosts.

Good for the price
Had a little trouble checking in as the code I was given did not work and had to call and wait for more than a half an hour for them to figure it out and give me a new code. Other than that the property was goo and as described.
The location of the loft was nice for where I was headed. It had the best amenities for a short stay. The kitchen had just what I needed and nice to have laundry facilities in the room. It was mostly quiet for the location and I would recommend this place to anyone else wishing to stay.
