We loved our stay at this property. The apartment is spacious and has everything you might need. We especially liked the spectacular views and spent a lot of time on the many decks. We would definitely stay there again!

It was a great location and condo. Beautiful views of the city. Clean. Check in easy. Doormen/women were extremely helpful. Only downsides were 1) the pool was incredibly busy with adults standing around. No real room for my kids to swim so we never did. 2) the elevators- 3 were broken while we were there so it was pretty much always a long line

Luxury and ideal location

Excellent communication with property manager and quick responses to any questions I had. The location was excellent and easy to walk to many sites, restaurants, etc. Spacious and clean and well stocked- would love to stay again.

Amazing Chicago experience

We had an incredible family trip visiting Chicago , staying at this spacious and well appointed apartment. The views of the Chicago skyline were stunning, and it was located in a central area walkable to tourist sites and restaurants we loved. The outdoor swimming pool made our August stay an incredible summer trip. Loved it!

Great views near Chicago loop

We had a great stay here. The draw for us was the central location and the views. The views exceeded our expectations. The views were amazing day and night, and were enjoyable from the balconies or from inside. The redline stop is next to the building, which made access quick and easy. Lots of food options in the neighborhood. Beyond the condo, you have access to the 9th floor with a pool, and a covered area with multiple BBQs and seating areas. We would stay here again for our next Chicago trip.

Perfect!!

We wanted to take our four young kids to the “big city” for vacation and stumbled across this listing. I’m SO glad we did! Literally the perfect spot for ALL things downtown Chicago. The view is breathtaking, apartment is SO clean and the amenities are the cherry on top! Owner was super fast to respond with any questions. Grocery store attached to the building, bus stops right across the street. Best VRBO experience we’ve had BY FAR.

Did not disappoint

The pictures are what you get. My kids thought I was pranking them when we walked in. Wonderful views of the city and lake. There's a red line stop right outside the front door and a grocery store in the same building, so we were able to park in the garage and either walk or take transit anywhere we wanted to go (we drove to Chicago). It will be a memory for us all to keep.

Holiday Return to Chicago

Spectacular views and Near North location - easy to get to all of our favorite places - lake, riverfront, Gold Coast, Old Town and Lincoln Park. Great fitness center and front desk staff. Grocery in the building and many others nearby. Shopping and restaurants just within a few blocks. Spacious condo with amenities. Nice that second bedroom has two beds. Owners make themselves available. Hope to return in the summer to use the pool!

Beautiful Views & Relaxing Times 53/54Floors Up in Chicago!

Amazing views day and night of the city and lake! Perfect location within walking distance for amazing food, shopping, and quick access to public transportation! The option to park in the garage associated with the building was also a bonus for our family that lived locally to visit! This beautiful and spacious penthouse allowed us the space to relax and enjoy restful times as well as the necessities to prepare to attend our daughter’s optometry school graduation ceremony! If we have the opportunity to return to Chicago again for a visit, this place will be the first “vacation planning item” we book! We are grateful for the space, time, location, and beauty this place provided for our family to be together in Chicago!

Wow!

5 stars isn't enough for this amazing place. The pictures and the description don't even come close to how perfect it is. The views are spectacular (you can see the Navy Pier fireworks from the balcony!). You could walk to just about anything, and for those things you can't walk to the Red Line is literally right underneath you. The Big Bus also picks up 2 blocks away. No car needed, just get a CTA card and go explore! Our party of 6 had ample space to spread out and everybody was comfortable. If you are looking for the perfect place this is it!!!

5 Days in Chicago

Location, location, location. If seeing downtown is a primary reason for coming to Chicago, then its hard to beat this location. Literally everything is walkable. Views, views, views. Chicago is an architectural wonder and so many of those wonders are visible from the apartment. Great communication from the owners, we are fairly low maintenance, and didn't need to reach out for anything, but they give you all of the information you need. Having a full gym available is a huge plus. Centrally located so it was easy for us to get to Wrigley and the the United Center. We are coming back to Chicago soon and hopefully we will be staying here!

Amazing views

Incredible views! The location couldn’t be better. Metro stop is on the corner, and made getting around a breeze. The doorman of the building was so nice, and gave us great recommendations for food, etc. We had our kids with us and they enjoyed the pool. Expect very thorough instructions about check in and check out. We very much enjoyed our stay, but were a little stressed out by the fact that the place says it’s kid friendly, but then had very strict rules about not touching windows, no running, no loud voices. All reasonable requests, but with three boys we might have thought twice about staying given the expectations. Overall, the stay was great and the owners were very responsive when there was an issue with the tv. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, beware of unjustified damage fees

The location of this property and views were outstanding. WiFi did not work the majority of our visit. HOWEVER-- the big issue was the $650 charge (note this is the most that is allowed to be charged) for 'damages' to the property. Some of the 'damages' ranged from ridiculous (a picture of the inside of the trashcan lid with some food on it), to breakage of a glass (which I had immediately reported via text to the owner when it occurred), to those we know we did not do (damage to a comforter inside a duvet cover), and some pictures that were sent of 'damage' that we could not even identify an issue with. Plan to tack on an extra few hundred dollars to the posted price even if you do everything you can to take care of the property (I have never received a negative review on our many, many stays in VRBO properties). Would NOT recommend staying in any of this owner's properties.

Family Holiday Visit

This property is absolutely wonderful! From the moment you walk in the door and see the floor to ceiling windows in ALL rooms you will feel relaxed and comfortable. This spotless 3 bath/2 bed condo was perfect for our family of 3. We had plenty of room to spread out with privacy for all. The unit is fully stocked with everything you would need besides your food and drink. I've stayed in many rentals and this was by far over and above the amount of necessities provided. There were plenty of paper products, toiletries, hair dryers, towels, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, extra linens, blankets, and pillows. Due to the thorough communication from the owners the check-in/check-out procedures were very easy with no anxiety or stress. We knew exactly what was expected of us during our stay and we knew that they were there for us should anything arise. Everything from hot water to cable/internet to heating/air ran perfectly. The property was in a very convenient (and safe) location close to everything we were there to see and do. The front desk (door staff) was welcoming, helpful and attentive to our needs. The unit was very quiet the entire length of our stay. The conveniently located Jewel Osco on the ground level was all we needed for any additional supplies and necessities. I would certainly stay again especially in the warmer months when you can really enjoy the patio and breathtaking view! This is definitely a new favorite in Chicago and I highly recommend.

Incredible city views!

We absolutely loved our stay. So much room for our family of 5. We loved waking up to stunning views of the Lake and city scape. The place was spotless when we arrived (kudos to the cleaning staff). Great location, walkable to so many things but also right on the red line. I don’t think we will be able to stay anywhere else during future trips to Chicago!
