"Wonderful stay! For less than $70, a $20 full buffet breakfast, and $10 for access to pool, hot tub, sauna and public bath. The extra cost was well worth it! Only a few guests were using the pool area facility that evening. Equivalent to a place 3x the cost in the U.S. Only issue was I was told the wrong room at first, and had to contact the front desk. I stored my luggage with them the next day, and used their lobby area for several hours with chairs and tables offset from front desk."

"I had an amazing time during my stay here. The complimentary onsen was the highlight of my trip. It had an incredible atmosphere and the food was delicious. The room was a good size for a single traveler and was always clean, even though I didn't spend much time at the hotel. There is a bus that shuttles you to Tokyo and back throughout the day which is very convenient. Will definitely look to come back!"

"Every time I go to Japan, I get off at the airport, stay a night at this hotel, and then the next day make my way to wherever I’m going. It’s a very comforting place to be and has become part of my routine. I’ve never felt the urge to explore any of the other hotels in the area."

"Mystays is conveniently located near the airport and provides shuttle buses to and from their hotel, to both the airport, Narita station and Aeon mall. It runs frequently. The room was well equipped with 2 bottles of water, pajamas, extra toiletries such as a bathing cloth, toothbrush, facial products to follow a face care regimen etc. Breakfast had a lot of variety and costs 2640 JYN per person. The convenient store is open 24 hours and was our go to upon arrival from the airport. The gym was fully equipped but unfortunately only opens at 8am. Overall, I enjoyed my time at this hotel and would both recommend it and stay again."

"We stayed here for one night after arriving and one night before we went home to Canada. The first room was great. Really liked the spacious shower and high water pressure (all the shower heads in Japan offered very powerful water sprays!). Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Different room on our way back. Still clean, but was a little run down and not as nice as the room on our first stay. Staff were very kind and friendly, and they spoke English decently. I left my electric toothbrush in our room on our first stay, and they had it when I returned two week later. Downstairs lobby was very inviting with a great selection of amenities and a Family Mart. Breakfast was awesome! Can be very busy hotel - lots of tour groups of US high school kids seem to stay here. Close proximity to convenient stores, restaurants, a grocery store, and within a 15 minute walk to the train station. 10 minute Uber to the mall. Really appreciated the free shuttle to the airport."
