Hotel is a bit dated but in a great location. You can't be any closer to the night market and there are lots of great food options. We stayed several nights with Chiayi as a base. It was very quiet until someone checked into the room above us. On that night, it was clear that the soundproofing is non-existent. A bit tricky for light sleepers.

Located just next to night market and the main street of Chiayi. Hotel staffs are frendly. Room are spacious for two. Special thanks to the male reception staff who helped us resolve our plb in the morning of 13 Dec 2023.

Customer service could be improved

Clean but average room. Reception staff hurried you repeatedly for 10 mins late past check our check time and we were already on our way out. Reception staff are very unhelpful when comes to storing luggage after check out. It was told cleaning required for the space and storage services are not available. No alternative solutions provided for tourists with big luggages whom are not familiar with the area.
