Everyone is welcome at Casa Dabbanna, regardless of gender, religion, skin color, or favorite ice cream flavor! The house is located at the foot of Chiaramonte Gulfi, nestled in the countryside, just 10 minutes from the town, 30 minutes from Ragusa, 30 minutes from the sea, and 20 minutes from Comiso Airport. A place far from the frenetic pace of the city, where you can find relaxation, good food, excellent wine, and cultural and nature excursions. The house overlooks an evergreen garden with a pool. The house features two bedrooms with double beds, nightstands, closets, lamps, and mirrors. A living-dining room with a table and chairs, bookshelf, TV, sofa, and lamps. A kitchen with beautiful vintage tiles, fully equipped with all accessories and appliances (yes, even a coffee maker), a bathroom with a shower, and Wi-Fi throughout the house (yes, even in the bathroom). In the garden, you can sunbathe by the pool, have a barbecue, enjoy lunch or dinner outdoors, play ping-pong, or chase cats and butterflies. From the bedrooms, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Iblei Mountains, the village, and the surrounding countryside.<br>The neighborhood is very quiet, with few cars, so you can rent a bike and take a nice ride around the area. The surrounding countryside is full of breathtaking views that are sure to impress (the sunsets, the sunsets!). The house is located in the heart of the countryside—it’s not isolated or remote, but it’s not in the city center either. There’s no public transportation, but if you rent a car (at the airport), you can get around easily and park right in the courtyard of the house. We’re immersed in Sicilian Baroque architecture: 20 km away, you can visit Ragusa Ibla, a Baroque city and UNESCO World Heritage Site; 30 km away is Caltagirone, world-famous for its ceramics; 40 km away is Scicli; and 50 km away is Noto—both of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The sea is just 30 minutes away, and you can spend wonderful days on some of Sicily’s most beautiful beaches, located within nature reserves along the Mediterranean coast.
