"The house is located rural, next to a unpaved road en a small stream. It is not luxury but wel equipped and comfortable. It offer a lot value for money. Due to the trees it is relatively cool on hot summer days. In Lormes , which has a nice atmosphere, there are supermarket, several good shops for food and some cafe’s. The surrounding is suited for some shorter day trips and for walking. For cooling down on hot days there is a small lake at a 15 minutes walk from the house"

Wie groß die Leistung der Eigentümer ist, erfasst man erst, wenn man sich das im Haus befindliche Fotobuch ansieht. So sind Haus und Garten sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gestaltet. The owner made many thoughtful changes when they renovated the house - lights that turn on and off automatically , well appointed and stocked kitchen , comfortable bedding , clean bathrooms , great shower pressure and plumbing , excellent doors and windows - the list goes on and on . "We stayed for 5 nights to recuperate on our European tour. Amazing traditional property with lots of space for 5 children, and outside space for dining with use of the BBQ. We loved the outside space and pool to cool off - so much space. Relaxing, calm and tranquil. Fabien was on site if we needed anything. It felt very much like home for us with the animals and greeted by the dog when we came home each day."

"We loved our stay at the house, lovely long garden and super pool (after we asked for it to be cleaned). The outside covered eating and bbq area was perfect. This is a “shabby chic” property with an unpredictable oven and NO air conditioning. But still a lovely family home."
