「Friendly staff, clean room, great gym facility and pool. Breakfast was great.」

「The property was beautiful and the room was fantastic! The pool closed so early (7 or 8) and opened so late (10am) that we didn’t even get to use it. Breakfast was sparse. The only protein was boiled eggs. (Normally a complimentary breakfast has scrambled eggs or little omelets). No orange juice or cranberry. The only choices were lemonade (not really a juice) and apple.」

「The room was large and clean to begin with. When we book several months in advance we pick hotels specifically with a pool and a hot breakfast. When we arrived we were not told any of the following information. One, the pool was closed for service. We found out, after going to the pool, that is was closed. 「The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good.」

「The staff were friendly and helpful. The room I was assigned had problems with the air and it was extremely warm. I had to request a fan from the front desk which helped some but, it was still uncomfortable. Although conveniently located downtown the dining options are very limited on Sunday with majority of the restaurants within walking distance are closed as well as the hotel’s rooftop bar.」
