Our home is within easy walking distance to visit the Shopping Rows or Cultural Storey House complex, racecourse, river and historical places like the Roman City Walls. Great location and excellent to have car parking space with the property. Communication about the property from the company renting it was superb. Inside the property the kitchen was well equipped for a short break and the bathroom was modern with a great shower. The 2 bedrooms had good beds with decent linen and towels etc. Only minor things limiting my overall rating to pleasing rather than excellent were: standard of property wasn't consistent throughout. The sofa bed had stains on it that could have easily been cleaned prior to our arrival, there was an exposed screw where plaster had come off the wall and some of the blinds were broken so that they didn't pull up and down. I reported these things to the company on my arrival and they did respond swiftly explaining that there maintenance team would sort these things out and apologised. These aspects were not a significant problem overall and would not put me off staying at the property again.
