「Private and secluded, the house offered a nice view and relaxing setting. Excellent access to Quechee and Woodstock. Kitchen has lots of dishes, adequate utensils and cooking pans, but bring your own dishtowels and napkins! The stated rent was reasonable, but the cleaning and other fees are exorbitant. The house was clean on the surface, but we in need of more careful and deeper cleaning in places, such as the windows, window sills, and the deck. Not a great value for a short stay for two...

「Lovely cabin, well situated not far from a cute town and surrounded by trees. Convenient drive to a nearby park. The path to the nearby lake goes through a muddy path, so they were kind enough to create a bit of an elevated walkway… the only drawback was they used around one or two dozen wooden palates as part of this, lying them flat on the ground…. during our stay a few of them were rotting, so planks snapped if you weren’t really careful, or were just unlucky, and rusty nails were exposed....

「Soul-reviving. My husband, our 5 year old and our dog had a most amazing time here. We all enjoyed daily walks down to the river, especially our dog who enjoyed taking a hike in the woods. I savored some alone-time in the cottage, enjoying the sun soaked livingroom with dutch door open, and reading in the warm late afternoon sun. 「This place is gorgeous! Really beautiful property, down a long secluded dirt/gravel road. Several friends and family stayed here with me for my sister's wedding. The hummingbirds in particular are just amazing (dozens of them!!). We slept eight folks here, one on the futon and one on a blow up bed. I will say the bedframe in the primary bedroom is a bit squeaky. But overall a lovely place to stay, very nice setup for hosting people for dinner.」
