「No detail to my comfort was missed! The innkeeper had fresh baked goodies every afternoon and hot breakfast made from scratch. The historic property is beautiful and convenient to so many art galleries, sweet towns, trails and Tanglewood. Highly Recommended!!」

「Quaint and comfortable stay for our one night in the most adorable town of Shelburne Falls. A walk to the river and the bridge of flowers at sunset gave us the most beautiful pictures. Owner was kind and helpful. We stayed here while my son biked at Thunder Mountain-a quick easy 10 min drive away and would stay again.」

「部屋は、暗く清潔感は感じられなかった。ベッドの上、バスルームの窓枠に虫がいたりカーテンが幅広くないのでシャワーのお湯が外にはねてしまった。 値段も場所柄か高かった。タングルウッドまで近いが、正直、次は泊まりたくない。 受付の人は感じが良かったので残念でした。近くにスーパーがあるので水や食べ物が買えたのは良かった。」

「Best that can be said is that it was clean. The shower was ok. No on-site staff, we had to check in using a Ring doorbell and bad phone connection. The baseboard heat control required me to get on the floor and crawl into the corner of the room behind the fridge. And the room didn’t look at all like the picture on Expedia. Stay here if you have no other choice.」

「Room was no smoking room and smelled like cigarettes. Huge stain on chair and couch in room. 2 pillows on each bed, super flat. Linens on bed were thin, no comforter. Called front desk to ask for extra pillows, they said they didn't have access to any linens "after hours". Asked for pull out cot so one person could sleep alone in 2 person bed due to back issues, stated they did not allow roll outs/cots even when we offered to pay extra. Price was outrageous for lack of amenities, no...

「The building, grounds and room were all very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast also. However, our bathroom in 317 needed cleaning where the wall and tub meet the floor. Also the shower curtain was too long and dirty at the bottom and we did not want it in the same water we had to stand in when showering. As you know typically during a shower water does accumulate on the tub floor. Also the drain in the sink was sluggish. Everything else was good.」
