「The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten 」

「The hosts were very attentive and friendly throughout! Amenities of the rental were great: everything works well and the house was very clean and comfortable. We loved the outdoor area and privacy it provided, the sound of the creek at night was lovely. Great location, close to everything in town! Highly recommended!!」

We were also greeted with a handwritten note, snacks, and waters! The hot was AMAZING and secluded. The host checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. We were close to downtown Dalonega. 5 stars! We definitely recommend!」

「Excellent! Very nice, and very rustic but more than comfortable with all the modern amenities in a very old cabin. Just be aware that if the acorns are falling, they can startle you the first time you hear them dropping at night! We would stay again! 」
