"We had a fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the marina's action but with a peaceful, long-range view over the marsh. Watching the sunrise and sunset over the water was a daily highlight. We were thrilled to spot deer, alligators, and even dolphins. Having a dedicated garage for the golf cart was incredibly convenient, and the fishing from the Bonito bridge and pier provided hours of fun. Everything worked out perfectly."

"Our stay couldn’t have been better. 9 of us stayed at the house (and a few visited for dinner that were staying elsewhere). Everyone loved the house. It was super clean and loaded with anything you may need. Laundry, hairdryers, irons, extra linens, Keurig, games to play. We were there for Parris Island graduation, it’s about 28 minutes away but a pretty drive. Big, secluded yard that we saw three deer in a couple times. Loved the porch. KC was super responsive the whole way through. I absolutely recommend staying here. I wish we stayed another day so we could explore Hunting Island State Park down the street. "

"Our family had an amazing experience staying here for Christmas! The property is beautiful, spacious, clean, and offers many amenities. The host is very communicative and instructions were clear. The island speaks for itself with endless nature and wildlife. 10 out of 10 recommend!"

"Photos do not represent the current condition of the property.House was infested with gnats in most every room.Only 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth was provided for each bathroom. With 7 people staying in the house this made it very inconvenient.Screened porches had torn screens, and screens falling down.Oven would not hold temperature, so it was very hard to make anything.Outlets in Master Bath did not work.Carpet on stairs to upper level was disgusting. It was full of paint stains, and other unknown stains."

"Location was fantastic with really great views of the marsh. Very quiet. Home kitchen was fairly well equipped. Overall the home is very dated and needs some love, but was manageable. The beds were the deal breaker. The absolute hardest, cheap mattresses ever. I get it, it’s a rental, but come on. They were beyond firm, especially the master bed. It was so bad that we departed a day early. "
