「Loved the property. Quiet, clean and layout great. Well maintained. One or 2 personal notes Would have liked to have easy access to front rockers, via door or stairs. We’re in our 70’s. Chairs could have been a little more comfortable, like maybe loveseat or recliners. Table and metal stools could have been more comfortable. We would definitely be back and stay in one of these even this one. Hot tub was great for sciatica. Made for a wonderful nights sleep. Outdoor swing great. Could use new...

「The place was very clean. The owner was very on point and nice. You don’t normally find your refrigerator stocked with water and drinks and pastries. They Evan had packs of oatmeal and snacks all at no extra charge. The owner went over and above to please their guests. Would recommend to anyone staying in the Bryson city area. 」

「First of all, my family was expecting a swimming pool. The pool/hot tub combo was not adequate for my family’s planned activities. Please include a picture of the pool in your advertisement. The property was advertised as having 5 bedrooms when there are only 4 bedrooms. The air did not work when we arrived. Paul was great and had to make two trips to property to fix our air. One day he came to our rescue on his daughter’s birthday! Only 5 of the 12 arcade games in the advertisement worked....

「Awesome retreat for couples. Amazing views from the balcony and a quiet, relaxing environment. They weren’t kidding about the steep driveway, but it was very manageable. All around fantastic experience.」
