청소상태 완죤 꽝

호텔이라하기에 너무 지저분하고 시설이 형편없었습니다. 욕실배수도 잘 안 되고, 시설이용하는데 많이 불편했고습니다. 욕실천정 점검구는 열려 있었고 그 안에 큰 검정비닐봉투가 들어 있었는데, 그 봉투 때문에 별 생각이 다 들었습니다. 위생용품도 다른 호텔에 비해 적었는데, 일반 모텔보다 못했습니다. 매 주 3일정도는 출장인데, 그 동안 묵었던 숙박시설 가운데 제일 형편 없었습니다.

아시다시피 개인간의 계약 문제는 국가의 개입 없이 서로 상호간 합의를 통해 결정될 수 있다는 것을 기본원리로 한다 봅니다. 이에 따라 나의 소비자권리를 주장해 보겠습니다. 저는 지불한 금액에 따른 충분한 서비스를 제공받지 못했다 생각됩니다. 나는 이 어플을 이용해 여러 숙박업소를 이용했고 그들은 건강한 숙박서비스를 제공했습니다. 그러나 이 숙박업소는 숙소 내부 냄새와 주변 유흥적 요소로 나와 나의 가족을 불만족스럽게 했고 지속적 소음으로 잠을 잘 수가 없어 새벽 1시경 키를 제출하고 나와야만 했습니다. 물론 제가 사전조사가 부족했을 수 있다는 것은 충분히 인지하고 있지만 그러나 그들 또한 제대로 된 정보를 제공하지 않았다는 책임이 있다는 것을 무시할 수는 없다생각됩니다. 이에 따라 저는 '렉스호텔'에 지불한 금액을 전액 혹은 일부 환불을 요청합니다. (조식권 포함) 그러나 저희가족이 사용한 소비재(1회용 칫솔 치약 등)는 값을 치룰 것입니다. 마지막으로 이는 내 희망사항이지만 나와 같은 사례가 일어날 것을 대비하여 소비자 중 미성년자가 있을 경우 유아, 청소년에게 부적절한 환경이라면 미리 사전정보를 제공하는 조치가 취해졌으면 좋겠습니다. 이 어플이 더 나은 서비스로 소비자에게 많은 사랑을 받길 바라며 글을 마치겠습니다

주변은 유흥가로서 놀 데가 별로 없음,, 식당도 많이 없는듯.. 방은 최근에 리모델링했는지 전체적으로 깔끔했음!

주변에 모텔촌에다가 길도 좁고, 호텔이 아니라 모텔이었네요..주변환경도 영 아닙니다.

금액을 무슨...호텔측은 112000원 결재였다는데 왜 익스페디아는 128000원이 결재되어있나요?!! 청결에서만이라도 만족했다면 넘어가겠는데 애들데리고 갔는데 바닥에 머리카락에 테이블 먼지...찝찝해서...일요일엔 조식도 안된다면서 전화할땐 말안하고 체크인하려니 전화받은 직원이 새로왔다며 그때서야 얘길해주질않나...에휴..커피한잔 먹으려니 500원내라고 하고..주변길가에 폐차직전 차들이 곳곳에 버려져있고 바로 앞 무슨건물인지 무너져있고..남편한테 할말이 없었네요..무슨이런델 예약했냐고.. 후기를 어떻게 읽었길래 이런데냐고ㅡ예전에 시골다녀오다 넘 피곤해서 천안에서 하루 묵고 간데도 모텔이었는데 거긴 여기보다 백배 좋은 시설에 청결완전 만족했는데 7만원이었어요!!애들도 또오자고 까지 했는데..호텔이란 이름 바꿔놓고 이건 뭐 불쾌하고 맘상하고 ..금액을 올려받으면 받는만큼 해야지 이게 뭔가요~!!앞서 후기들 봤더니 다 1년 전 이던데 . 1년사이에 무슨일이 있었는지 관리를 엉망으로 하고 있네요!!

만족스런 스테이

여행중에 당일 적당한곳을 찾다 예약하고 갔는데 생각보다 더 쾌적하게 머물고 왔습니다 깨끗하고 여유있는 공간 등 가성비 좋은 호텔이라고 봅니다 주변이 유흥가이긴한데 저흰 여행중에 밤에 체크인해서 아침에 일찍 나와 별로 문제되진 않았구요 천안에서 머물일이 또생기면 다시 이용하고 싶네요

ビジネス向け格安ホテル。

語学留学中の娘に会う為インターネットで安いホテルを検索し、予約しました。韓国語を少し勉強していたので何とかなるだろうと思って受付にいったらスタッフの方日本語ぺらぺらでした。料金を考えれば星４です。もっとサービスをのぞむなら料金高いところ探せばいいとおもいます。スタッフの方親切な方ばかりで、よかったです。帰りのチケットまで買いに行ってくださり、感激しました。スタッフの方も言っていましたが、ビジネスの方大歓迎だそうです。ぜひ、仕事でチョナン出張の方おすすめします。

무난하고 청결한 비즈니스 호텔

가족 셋이 숙박했다. 예약 당시에는 조식이 포함된 가격이라 되어있었으나, 막상 숙소에 체크인을 할 때는 2명까지만 조식가격이 포함되어 있고, 추가로 1사람(초등학생 남아)분을 계산하라고 했다. 예약시점에 조식은 2인분만 포함되어 있음을 알려줘 혼선을 줄였으면 한다. 이외에 나머지는 전반적으로 만족한다.

방만 넓음

객실에 부족한 설치등은 없었지만, 좀 오래된것 같음. 욕실입구와 방과의 단이 없어 물이 흘러 바닥재가 들뜸. 조식은 무료이나 별로 먹을것이 없었고, 호텔 주변은 온통 모델뿐이어서 가족이 머무르기에는 좋지 못함.

Everything is done to make the traveller, particularly the foreign one very comfortable. The only drawback is that the room is not sized for tall people.the personal is very attentive and tries to prevent one's needs, for example we could enjoy a breakfast cooked to order a full half hour after the scheduled closing of the breakfast room. Overall a very satisfying stay.

가격대비 괜찮아요~~

다음날 천안 아산에 놀러가기 전에 하루 묵었습니다. 위치는 모텔이 밀집한 곳이었고, 전반적으로는 조용했습니다. 일반 시내 모텔객실과 비슷했지만 일회용 비누와 치약을 쓸 수 있어서 좋았고, 조식도 생각보다는 훨씬 먹을만했습니다^^

Frühstück in Korea

Generell war der Aufenthalt für eine Geschäftsreise in Ordung. Lediglich das Frühstück war unbrauchbar, liegt aber wohl eher am koreanischen Standard. Leider gab es keine Bar, um Abends nach getaner Arbeit ein Bierchen oder etwas ähnliches zu Trinken. Betten sind sehr hart... Rückenschmerzen Ahoi!!!!
