The owners are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Orchid suite which was quiet and comfortable and, very clean. I had a walk around the well maintained grounds - there is a large solar panelling system set up behind some hedging - good and interesting to see! "This is a very stylish hotel in every respect. A beautiful building has been sympathetically converted into a small luxury hotel. Our room was very comfortable and the extras such as towelling dressing gowns and lovely soaps shampoos moisturiser etc. Dinner was the bistro menu and we could not have asked for a more delicious small menu, beautifully prepared and presented. Breakfast was outstanding too, including homemade jams and the best scrambled eggs I can remember! Our dogs were made welcome...
