The staff was excellent. They went above and beyond to make my family and I feel welcome. The rooms were nice, but some aspects felt past their prime. While the room was non-smoking, there was a lingering smell of smoke in some areas. The hotel is well away from the city center and required a long walk to get to any food options. However, it was very convenient for our trip out of Xipu Station.

Excellent hotel at a good price (western standards). Hotel is very modern, clean. Rooms are spacious, modern and high quality. Breakfast buffet was outstanding, with extensive selection.Highly recommend.

Not a 5-star hotel in some regards

The hotel has excellent facilities like a swimming pool and a well equipped gym. The only downside is that the exterior part of the hotel was undergoing some road work and renovation. There was no proper signage on the way to access the hotel. As the entrance is on the second floor, the path to get to the lobby is not clearly labelled and I had to travel a fair distance to get to the lobby. It was inconvenient when I had a luggage to lug. A few days before I checked out, the road to access the lobby was sealed off and again no access sign was placed to guide the hotel guests to access the main road. I think the hotel needs to be pre-emotive in ensuring that signage is clearly placed to guide the exit and entrance into the lobby from the main road. The staircase also need to be lit properly. On the night when the earthquake tremor was felt, I could not access the ground floor using the staircase because it was poorly lit.

Unwelcoming reception from front desk

Front desk checking in did not see to needs and request of guests despite repeated reminders. Just turn a deaf ear and allocate twin bedroom on different floor for two rooms when we booked and paid for King bedroom. Most unsatisfactory.

評価を元にホテルを選択したが、印象は余り良いと感じなかった。 まずは、水圧が悪く、水の出も良くなくお風呂に水が溜まらずお風呂をあきらめ、 水圧の悪いシャーワ―で済ませた。 3日の滞在にてシーツが汚れており、交換を要求するも3日間交換は行われなかった事により、残りの滞在は、他のホテルに変えた。 近くにスーパーおよびレストランが有るもローカルフードにより、鍋料理が中心で 四川独特の辛い料理が中心であった。

A beautiful hotel

This is a beautiful hotel with very helpful staff. The "single" beds are actually queen size so there is plenty of room for 4 in a room. Although the hotel is not downtown, it is walking distance to a street full of restaurants (especially hot pot restaurants, for which Chengdu is famous) and shops. We were in Chengdu to see the panda research center at Wolong and our guide suggested this hotel as it is located near the freeway and cut an hour off of our drive to the panda research center, allowing us to get there ahead of the crowds. It was an excellent suggestion. I would recommend this hotel to anyone not wanting to stay in downtown Chengdu.

Science Park와 가깝고 객실이 아주 청결하였습니다. 헬스장 및 실내외 수영장도 있으며 쓰촨식 음식과 서양식이 조화를 이룬 아침식사도 아주 훌륭하였습니다. 직원서비스도 대체적으로 만족합니다.
