Charming 3BD Cotswolds Family Retreat

Escape to the English countryside with this idyllic 3-bedroom retreat sitting just outside Bourton-On-The-Water, which is an easy 20 minute walk away, and offers plenty of room for the whole family.

Surrounded by tranquil views on all sides and just a short stroll from the cosy cafés and shops in the heart of the Cotswolds, this charming home is the perfect place to come home to after a day of exploring the breath-taking countryside.

**Important:**
We are committed to protecting our homes and guests, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent ID verification as part of the booking process. It’s nice and easy - taking less than 5 mins to complete. ***

Please note:
You will be contacted by our trust and safety partner Truvi via email and/or text to complete the booking verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a fully refundable deposit of £300 with a non-refundable admin fee of £6 or buying a non-refundable damage waiver of £25, which would protect you up to £300 of accidental damage during your stay.

The property was exactly as advertised. Like it was mentioned, it is about a 20 minute walk into town. Nice distance to go after dinner/lunch. Hanging out on the back porch was serene. There was only two of us so we didn’t need the two extra bedrooms, but we were okay with that. We didn’t use the kitchen facilities since we ate out during our visit. We had a bit of an issue getting instructions to the house but the communication with Freddie was great. Would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

The property was spacious, immaculately clean, efficient heating and hot water system, really comfortable beds and huge garden which would be lovely to enjoy in the summer. Should we re visit the area this property would certainly be good for a longer stay! Thank You Freddie!

A lovely place to stay outside of the bustle of Burton on the Water! A peaceful back lawn where we would spend our evenings recapping the day with a glass of wine and charcuterie. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Freddie was a great host!
