"Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Für Kinder sind viele Tiere auf der Anlage und ein schöner Spielplatz. Der Frühstückservice war nicht OK, weil Bestellungen nicht ankamen. Auch die Mülltonne wurde nur sporadisch geleert vor dem Haus. Laut der Chefin liegt dies wohl an der an dem fehlenden Personal. Sonst alles gut und zu empfehlen."

"Convenient flat in a quiet and green environment. Good features, excellent communication with the very friendly landlord/lady who were very reactive and gave many good tips. Great mountainous area on the border between Poland and the Czech Republic."

"We had an amazing week enjoying the lovely autumn landscape of the Giant Mountains. The house was perfect for three families with kids age 8 to 11. It‘s also situated perfectly for trips to Pec, Schneekoppe, Ardspach, even Ponikla. The meet up with the contact person was very pleasant, too. We would love to come back again some time."

Breakfast options were scarce with many buffet options empty as it seems that people from other properties were also coming to the hotel. No one was verifying who was a guest or not at the breakfast buffet that was included. Location was perfect and in close proximity to Adsprach and Teplickie Skaly."

"Staying in the castle complex was amazing. We got to see everything in the complex- the all items day ticket was great- staying in the complex allowed us to do all. Breakfast was laxurious! Rooms with the view of castle, and ability to walk to the view point at sunset ! The park is amazing too. Got to see bighorns around sunset! Recommend! "
