Waterfront home on Lake Eufaula

Water front home located in Leisure Heights ready for your lake getaway!

Boat ramps are close by and the shore also provides a safe place to land your boat directly down from the house. We also have a boat slip on a shared dock available which is about a 5 minute walk from the house. There is also parking available near the dock should you prefer to take a short drive.

Beautiful covered deck with outdoor tv and plenty of seating for relaxing or dining.

Master bedroom has a king sized bed and full bathroom. Bedroom two includes a queen sized bed and twin over twin bunk bed. Bedroom three includes a queen sized bed and twin over full bunk bed.

A fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and all the utensils needed. Drip coffee maker, blender, dishware/flatware, ice cream maker, spices, toaster, island w/ seating.

Full sized stackable washer and dryer.

Charcoal grill with smoker off deck.

WiFi, air conditioning/central heating, toiletries, hair dryer, laundry detergent, linens/towels/beach towels, trash bags/paper towels.

There is a large green space between the house and lake shoreline. There are deer, squirrels, geese and other wildlife that visit this area from time to time. We also have a dog friendly neighborhood so you may run into one of the free range dogs enjoying their room to roam or a dip in the lake.

We have 2 kayaks, a 3 person canoe and a 6' x15' swim pad available for use during your stay.

There is a Ring camera at the front door for security purposes.

*Please keep in mind that the lake level will fluctuate at times, especially in the spring, so there may be times where the water is so high that the boat ramps/slip will not be accessible.

So Amazing!! Beautiful spacious home! The view is amazing as well. The kids enjoyed the games that was provided, my husband lived at the fire pit and the men all gathered on the porch watching hunting shows, while the women were inside watching tv. This was a first time to ever rent a home to stay in and it was such a pleasant experience!! Danny was quick to answer any questions we had and was a pleasure to work with!

The house was fairly updated. The bathrooms were really nice. The kitchen was well equipped and updated as well. There wasn’t a dining room table big enough for a family of nine so that made it a little challenging and the property was pretty and relaxing and we enjoyed the fire pit, but the dog to fish off of was not very close and with little ones and fishing gear, we decided to drive so using the dock was a little more challenging than what we thought but overall our stay was really good

This home was the perfect place to celebrate our friend’s birthday. The view of the lake was absolutely beautiful. The location is only 7 miles to downtown Eufaula where we enjoyed an event on Saturday at Legacy on Main Street. 10/10 recommend.

Excellent experience!

Lovely property!

Our family had a great time here for a quick extended weekend. We appreciated things like condiments, spices, and soaps. The gas stove was a dream to use. The fire pit, outdoor games, and streaming services were enjoyed by all. We loved the covered deck and beautiful sunsets.

Week long get-a-way with family

The house fit our group perfectly. Just the right number of beds and space to accommodate everyone. The large back yard and lake front were perfect for all sorts of activities. The house was well stocked with plenty of out door games. The porch had plenty of seating, the fans kept the air moving and the TV was a huge plus for keeping up with sporting events. The boat launch is right across the cove. Making it easy to be fishing at the break of dawn. The hosts home instructions were laid back and easy going. Making it easy to relax and enjoy the week.

Peaceful Lakeside Cabin

The description of the property was very accurate and helpful. The instructions for checking in provided by the host Danny made things super easy and we had zero issues getting into the house. The property was amazing, and had every amenity you could imagine. We came over-prepared because everything we needed was already in the house. The property was immaculate and the location was beautiful. Danny, the host, was super quick to answer questions. Overall, my friends and I had a great time and I highly recommend this property.

Family Getaway

We had a great time at this property. The host was extremely helpful when I had questions, and the house was perfect for our family. It was clean and had everything we needed and more. We loved the location and the kids loved the neighborhood dogs who swam along with them in the lake.

Lake House

Very clean, well laid out, everything you could hope for in a lake rental. My kids had room to run and go on adventures. Very friendly neighbor dogs. I love to cook. The kitchen had everything I needed for meal prep. The showers are perfect for taller people. My husband is over 6' tall. He enjoyed not ducking. I have an autistic son. He was calm the entire time. Which is a blessing beyond measures. My daughter was able to take her skills out on a kayak. This was an amazing adventure. The host is exceptional very responsive. I couldn't find a negative if I tried. 10/10 highly recommend for any family looking for a break away.

Quick getaway.

This place was absolutely perfect for our family getaway. There was absolutely nothing we lacked! Everything about this house was top of the line. We had our 5 and 8 year old nephews, teenage kids, adults and our dog. Everyone had a great time. The small beachy area down from the house was perfect for the little kids to play and the adults to float. We made s’mores in the fire pit and played a few of the many games they had available. Next time we’ll remember to bring more floats, because we’d love to come back!
