"Overall, my experience at the hotel was decent. We arrived at 11:40 pm, and unfortunately, the room key didn't work, which was a bit annoying. However, the staff was very helpful and cheerful, despite being understaffed. The hotel itself is not modern or stylish, more reminiscent of 2006, but it is clean. The bathtub jacuzzi was not working, but it was spacious. The pool was nice, and the view was okay. Parking was convenient, and the price was reasonable. The breakfast was satisfactory, better...

"We loved the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the pool area is stunning. There are residential flats surrounding the hotel with barking dogs which I did find quite annoying. It is a beautiful hotel but the service is poor in comparison. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Carmen, the pictures in the listing don't do it justice. It's much larger and more spacious. It would be ideal for a family stay. The pool is off-site, a 5 minute walk but couldn't be faulted; very clean with no chemical smell."
