「Fantastic comfortable hotel - Lovely, tastefully decorated rooms which were warm, cozy and spacious . The staff were fantastic and friendly and extremely informative and helpful . We enjoyed our meals in the bistro including breakfast in 3 mornings and an evening meal - the food was delicious and every attention to detail was given. We were very impressed with all aspects of our stay and will definitely book again when back in Northumbria!」

「Fantastic Sunday lunch and great customer service. Upgraded to a junior suite which was very comfortable, lovely large bed, warm room, nice bathroom and great shower. Finished off with a great breakfast menu s d very good Northumbrian breakfast. 」

「There was only 1 fault we could find and that was drinking in the bar, extortionate prices.Apart from that 1st class across the board .Would definitely book there again but drink in the local pubs Ship Inn ,Schooner ,Black Swan ect .」

「We stayed in room 2. Room was spacious and well equipped Lovely furnishings. Staff were very accommodating and friendly which is so important. Great location Lovely little pub close by. Would definitely recommend!」
