Spotless Luxury Retreat. Walk to Food & Fun. King Bed. Free Parking

  • Not just a place to stay - a place to experience.

Forget the car—you’re staying in the city’s most walkable (and tastiest) neighborhood. Whether you’re grabbing an espresso at Velo, hitting the Main Street breweries, or dining at the city's top-rated restaurants, everything is just a stroll away.

    The Space
Designed with a "modern-meets-cozy" aesthetic, this isn't just a place to sleep—it’s your home base for Scenic City adventures.

Rest & Recharge: Sink into a King-size bed outfitted with hotel-grade linens. Combined with blackout curtains and a sound machine, it’s a recipe for the best sleep of your life.

Work & Play: Blazing-fast WiFi (303mbps) and a dedicated workspace make "workcations" seamless. When the laptop closes, kick back on the leather sofa for a movie night on the Smart TV.

Chef’s Corner: A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances awaits. Perfect for brewing your morning coffee or plating up takeout from the local gems.

The Perks: Skip the downtown parking struggle with your free parking spot. Plus, an in-unit washer/dryer means you can pack light.

You are steps away from the best of "Nooga":

Drink: Walking distance to local breweries and coffee haunts.

Eat: From high-end dining to the best fried chicken in the South.

Explore: Easy access to the Riverwalk, galleries, bike Chattanooga, and the free electric shuttle.

What a perfect place to stay on our way back home to NY. We spent 2 nights and the location was great. You can walk to some nice restaurants for breakfast and dinner if you want to. The place did have everything you would need to cook also. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I liked that it had parking and we didn't have to park on the street. We would definitely stay her again.

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful place in June 2026. It was very clean and all the appliances, furniture and accessories were high end. We felt very spoiled staying here for a week. Our host Cathy, was very helpful with anything we needed. It is in a great safe location with many fantastic places to eat in both walking and short driving distance. We felt like we had all Chattanooga at our finger tips. You will not be sorry if you book this beautiful little treasure.
