The Rhododendron - a PMI Scenic City Rental

  • The Rhododendron with its rooftop oasis is a 3 story Modern townhome located within walking distance to many of Chattanooga's famous local eateries, bars and event locations. This beautifully furnished townhome has all the comforts you expect of a hotel but with the privacy of your own place. The 3rd floor patio deck is perfect for enjoying a hot cup of coffee or tea from Velo Coffee located directly across the street. This property is located in the Historic Southside district and is perfect for singles, couples and business travelers. The Rhododendron is also only 15 minutes to Rock City and Ruby Falls.

    PARKING:
    This home can accommodate one vehicle in the designated lot via a parking pass. Instructions on where to find the pass will be in your check-in details. The pass must be returned at the end of the stay lest a $50 replacement fee be charged.

    Please be advised, for stays 30 days or longer, we require a "mid-stay" clean approximately every 15 days. The reduced cost of these clean(s) will be added together if applicable and calculated according to length of your stay - THIS ADDITIONAL COST IS NOT CALCULATED IN THE LISTING PRICE WHEN YOU INITIALLY BOOK and is due upon booking. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. For this location, each clean will cost $65.

    PMI Scenic City requires a rental agreement for all of our properties. Must be 21 or older to rent this property.

    (For stays of 30 days or longer) A starting supply of consumable goods (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee) will be provided upon check-in. For extended stays, guests are responsible for purchasing consumable goods if they need more outside of what is initially provided.

    Damage Fees If Applicable (ranges are based off item size and quality):

    Towels: $4 - $38 per item
    Bedding: $8 - $66 per item
    Comforter: / Encasements $88 - $141 per item
    Pillows: $27 per item

    Furniture / Decor / Fixture: Charged to guest according to vendor repair invoice

    Excessive clean fee: $50 - $200 depending on extent of work required

    Smoking inside property: $200 per day of your stay

Great Stay in a Fun Neighborhood!

This is a fantastic place to stay if you want to be able to walk to local restaurants and shops. We rarely used our car because the places in the area were so good.The condo was exactly what we needed. We would absolutely stay in it again!

Great Get away

Stayed here while we took a small family vacation between baseball tournaments. This was a perfect spot for the three of us. Short walk to many restaurants and were able to do several of the local attractions. Would definitely stay with this location again.

Perfect place to work and play. Most everything you need is walking distance or a short car ride. Love that area of Chattanooga. Would definitely stay again

Everything about our stay was great!! The location was conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants, check-in and out was easy and the townhouse was extremely clean and nicely decorated! We would definitely book again if back in Chattanooga! 5 stars all the way!

Great Place Awesome Neighborhood

This was our first time in a short term rental. We usually stay at hotels, but on my brother’s suggestion we found this place. The pictures were true to the property. Everything was nice and clean. It’s the best bed (it was memory foam) I’ve had while traveling outside of staying with relatives. The townhome was very comfortable and we enjoyed it. The roof top was relaxing at night. It was close/walking distance to several restaurants, nightlife, coffee shops, and conveniently located to other attractions. It felt like everything was just a few minutes away.

Great location

The location made it possible to walk to restaurants. The property was clean and somewhat functional if you don't mind stairs. I was disappointed with the outside deck due to the street light which was so close. The entrance to property is on the street, so you will see foot traffic. The construction across the street starts early! No sleeping in.

So Hot We Left

The property looks and location wise is great. But we had issues with the AC. It was hotter inside the property than outside! We eventually couldn’t take it anymore and just left to get a reservation at a hotel down the road. I tried to communicate with the property managers about this but they could care less. I won’t be staying at any of the properties managed by them again.

Incredible all around!

This place is awesome! My husband and I stayed to celebrate our anniversary. It’s so close to all the restaurants and fun on the south side. The apartment is beautiful and well decorated and has everything you would need. We loved the roof top sitting area and enjoyed a bit of a view of the mountains. We will definitely be staying here again!
