"Can you hear anything through the townhome walls?"
No. Walls are extremely thick. They must be insulated with magic :)
"What kind of grill do you have?"
We have a charcoal grill that you're welcome to use, our guests bring their own charcoal, lighter, etc.
“What’s the minimum age requirement for booking?”
Our minimum age required to book is 18 :)
“Do you offer payment plans?”
By default, full payment is required to confirm your reservation. We can’t control payment plans on our end, but in the event that one is offered by Airbnb, you will see the option when booking.
"How many TV's are in the house?"
There are 2 high definition 4K smart TV's (75" inch in the living room + 55" inch in the master bedroom) along with lightning fast Wifi throughout the house for on demand entertainment.
Kindly note, we do not allow pets at this time.
