4 Bedroom, pet friendly home capable of sleeping 12, conveniently located in one of Chattanooga's hottest neighborhoods! Only 2.5 miles from downtown and the Tennessee Aquarium, 2 miles from the Chattanooga Choo Choo and Song Birds as well as the great restaurants and night life of Main Street. Fenced front and back yard is great for pets. Across the street from Tatum Park and around the block from Blue Cross Healthy Places Playground (great for kids). 7 miles from Rock City and Lookout Mountain.

The house is perfect for families, friend groups, bridal parties, etc. There is plenty of space to hang out in the open floorpan as the kitchen and living room are open to each other. There is a library with a cozy gas fireplace that can be closed off with French doors. Large 65 inch TV in the living room that is perfect for watching the game. The master bedroom has a King Bed with an en-suite bathroom with two vanities and a huge shower with 2 shower heads. The other bedroom downstairs has a King bed and is right next to the second full size bathroom. Upstairs there is a 3rd full bath and another large bedroom that has 2 Queen Beds. The 4th bedroom has two twin beds. There is an additional sitting area upstairs with a TV and a futon capable of sleeping two kids. For those who are counting: 2 King, 2 Queen, 1 Full (futon) and 2 Twin beds.

There is dedicated parking behind the house and plenty of additional parking on street. Rocking chairs and swing on front porch and patio set in the backyard are perfect for hanging out in the spring, summer and fall.

For the active: You are less than 7 miles from trailheads to over 50 miles of single track, there is also a great running loop right outside the front door that goes through downtown and crosses the river twice. Or just enjoy taking a walk through the historic neighborhood.

Amazing place close to Downtown

This was the second time my family and I have stayed here for the Ironman triathlon in Chattanooga. The house is really close to the Downtown area and in a perfect location. The host, Craig was very communicative and accommodating. Hurricane Helene had just impacted the area before our stay and Craig reached out immediately to talk through next steps. The neighborhood was great - there’s a park across the street and another one a few blocks away. Close to everything. I hope to do another race in Chattanooga and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the great space for my Family.

Chickamauga wedding

We were there for a wedding in Chickamauga. This stay was convenient and just a 30 minute drive to the wedding venue. Home was spacious and very comfortable. Owners had great communication with me. Check in and out was easy. I’ll stay here again if we return to Chattanooga.

Sweet home that was perfect for our family!!

Very spacious and clean house! We will definitely look to stay here next time we are in Chattanooga!! We’ve stayed at dozens of VRBO over last few years and this was by far the best place we’ve stayed. Highly recommend!!

Highly Recommend for Your Stay in Chattanooga!

From the moment we booked, Craig was very communicative and responded back to my messages immediately. He was accommodating and allowed us to check in early/check out late and was also very understanding when a miscommunication led to a later checkout than planned (sorry!!). The house is gorgeous and is perfect for large groups of people! Plenty of living space with a nice fenced in backyard, equipped with a table and chairs. We spent a lot of time on the front porch chairs and swing (also a fenced in yard) so got to meet a couple of the very friendly neighbors! The house is kitty-corner to a park, making it super peaceful, and is situated close to town.. not even a ten minute drive. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Chattanooga!

Loved the location!

Sadly we only stayed at the house for one night but we had an amazing time. The house is beautiful inside and out! Lots of room for bigger groups. If you need to stay in Chattanooga this is your place!

Lots of room in a great neighborhood

Whether you have a lot of people coming or you are just looking for a little getaway with your spouse, this place is great! The home is quite large with four dedicated bedrooms and two additional rooms that can act as bedrooms. Three bathrooms is also a major plus for families that are getting ready to go out. The Layout: the first floor is comprised of an entry, dining area, sitting room, living room, kitchen, primary bedroom, secondary bedroom, and laundry. The second floor has another TV room (great to send your kids), two bedrooms, and another bathroom. Oh! And both front and back yard are fenced in, which was great for our golden retriever; however, the best part by far had to be the front porch. My wife and I enjoyed wine while speaking to many of the great neighbors, while the dog was chewing on his toys. Interior Decor: the first floor has super high ceilings (11-12’) with large windows, so natural light is outstanding. The entire home has been renovated, including all of the bathrooms. The beds are extremely comfortable, so comfortable that I actually ordered the same mattress for my own home. The space feels light and airy with white walls, and all of the furnishings were of high quality. Even the sheet sets were on point! The home owners were incredibly easy to work with. Any and all questions were quickly answered and they welcomed any feedback we had to not only improve our current stay, but also anyone’s future stay.

Easter for family in Chattanooga

We met our two sons and their families in Chattanooga for Easter weekend. 6 adults and 5 children ages 3-13.The house was perfect for our needs - two king bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs (QQ and TT). One bathroom upstairs and two downstairs (one with tub/shower). The entire yard is fenced in and we particularly enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the kids play safely in the front yard. The kitchen is large and has an open floor plan with the living and dining areas. The house was very well stocked and the owner was extremely friendly and responded quickly to questions. The house is in a nice neighborhood and near several parks and other attractions. Very nice place to stay!

Perfect Family House

We booked for a baseball tournament. We had our family (4), grandparents and cousins family (3) and never felt crowded. The pictures do not do this house justice. It’s spacious, well decorated and accommodating. They supplied everything we need and had extra in a closet. Will definitely stay here again. Perfect house!

Beautiful historic home

We had a short stay at this beautiful home, and we said multiple times that we wished we could have stayed longer! The main living space is perfect for relaxing and connecting, and there are enough beds for a large group. Highlights would be location (proximity to downtown and UTC), the gorgeous fireplace, and the master bathroom shower.

In town for a wedding

It was less than 2 miles to the wedding venue. The house has been remodel nicely and had room for us all to sleep. The fenced in yard was nice to have. Check in and out was easy!
