NEW luxury 2-story loft in heart of walkable, historic Southside neighborhood

  • "Verde Grande" is a warm, peaceful, light-filled, cozy hideaway just steps from the main intersection of Chattanooga's bustling Southside neighborhood. While there are 30+ independent, locally owned restaurants, bars and venues within a ten minute walk, you may be hard pressed to leave the large breakfast nook under a dramatic 24-foot skylight stairwell framed by the huge original brick wall of this restored 1940 warehouse.

    Like a hotel, we require an additional damages waiver and a copy of your photo ID.

    This is a brand-new two-year warehouse renovation with high end appliances and everything you need.

    There’s a free off-site parking spot in a lot across the intersection.
