Welcome to The Barton, a stunning 3-bedroom, 3 bathroom house in a tranquil neighborhood steps away from downtown Chattanooga. Enjoy easy access to vibrant shops, dining, and entertainment. The iconic walking bridge, just 0.7 miles away, offers breathtaking river views and access to the city's attractions. Sports enthusiasts can witness the thrilling Ironman race passing by the front door. This exquisite home provides luxurious accommodations and premium amenities for a comfortable and convenient stay.
Street parking ONLY! Out of respect for our incredible neighbors, parking in the driveway is not permitted at any time. This driveway is shared, and our part is taken up by the entertainment area. Don't fret, there is ample parking on the quiet street within 20 feet of the home.
We have 5 cameras located on the property. All cameras are pointed away from the house in order to keep an eye on the property during quiet hours.

Great location, and great house!
We spent a complete week exploring Chattanooga and surrounding areas and this was the perfect place to call "home". Very convenient to everything (I was hesitant about the onstreet parking, but it was a very quiet street and we always had a spot right next to the driveway.)The inside arrangement was also perfect for us -- all the bedrooms had their own bathrooms (SO NICE!). The kitchen had everything we needed, and then some. Beds were comfy, bathrooms had everything (including shampoo/conditioner, soap) -- plus nice water pressure.We spent the evenings sitting outside on the patio (didn't use the hot tub - a bit too warm outside while we were there). The host was proactive in communicating with us. She knew before us that the automatic lock wasn't working and immediately gave us a back-up plan for getting in the home.We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!
My husband and I booked a last minute Valentine’s Day stay, and everything was perfect! Highly recommend, it’s also a very convenient location to everything in Chatt.

Chattanooga Weekend
This was the perfect place to stay for our weekend trip to Chattanooga. Check in and out were easy, house was clean and had everything you would need. Hot tub and outside area were great! Location was literally minutes from everywhere. Would definitly stay here again and recommend.

Amazing Stay!
We had a great time, the host was super responsive and welcoming. I did Ironman Chattanooga, and the location was perfect. The house was right along the run course so my family could cheer me and other runners on easily. As a bonus it's close to downtown so there was plenty within walking distance to do. The house itself was clean and spacious. There were five adults staying there and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates and plans, so we were able to cook several meals without buying any utensils. I definitely recommend and will be back if we ever stay in Chattanooga again.

Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect , the food was awesome ! The neighborhood was fun walking hills to Aretha Frankenstein! Breakfast food ! Weather delightful for those from south GA !
Easy to get around the area,
Only concern was the main road was busy and walking the sidewalk was alittle difficult with overgrown brush . But walking the neighborhood made up for that .
Will stay again ! Thank you so much for being attentive to our needs

Convenient spot in North Chatt
This property was great for our family! We had a total of 5 people staying with us, and it was the perfect amount of space. Super clean, easily accessible to interstates, and within walking (or 3 minute driving) distance to restaurants. The hosts responded quickly when we had a couple questions and helped to resolve our problems! There was always parking available on the side street next to the driveway, so don't let that scare you away! We are former residents and frequent visitors of Chattanooga, and this is truely a great place to stay.
