Well-behaved small dogs are welcome at the Cottage but need to be approved. Our pet policy must be reviewed with a signature prior to final booking.
A BBQ grill is available for use with a deposit which will be returned if the grill is left clean after use. Propane is available for a small fee.
We love our newlyweds at the Cottage. But, any events such as small weddings or parties will not be allowed without prior approval.

The perfect weekend getaway.

My husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary here, and it was absolutely perfect. It was the perfect getaway we needed, tucked in to beautiful scenery. We got a taste of the local town, and everyone was so kind and it was such a charming place.

This is by far the most gorgeous, well thought out romantic little cottage. Its private and picturesque. The host thought of everything including the special welcoming sign with our name on it. This cottage was nothing short of spectacular! So peaceful, clean and beautiful!

We enjoyed ourselves so much we can’t wait to come back! It’s near enough to Chattanooga that you can go to all the tourist attractions there which is what we did. You won’t be disappointed.

Adorable Little Cottage

The Cottage at Laurel Park was a picture off of a post card. It was such a neat experience in a beautiful town. Although feeling like you were a part of nature by its surrounding beauty, it was just a short drive to all of the places we wanted to visit. This property made our winter vacation that much more special. Thank you for having us!
